Dedication
This book is dedicated to my wife, Damary, who has supported me throughout this endeavor. She has been my rock and the motivation for this book. Without her, I would not be the parent I am today. Without her, I would not be the man I am today.
I also acknowledge my children and the thousands of patients who have helped me gain wisdom about behavior and parenting.
