This book is about finding personal freedom, happiness, your true purpose, and the passion to live the life you have always dreamed of.
All of us have limitations or feel trapped in some way, whether it is anger, depression, grief, anxiety, or an overwhelming sense of failure and disillusionment because life is not what we expected it to be. No matter how many times you want to change, or try to become whole, free, and joyful, your attempts may appear fruitless.
When you learn how your mind works, what other resources you can use to overcome the endless mind chatter you experience, you can gain control over your thoughts and decisions to bring real happiness and joy into your life.
Nothing in your life is written in stone: regardless of how bleak it has been, or appears to be, you have the power to change it. This book is designed to help you overcome a lifetime of negative unconscious information which you have stored in your mind, and hinders you from attaining the freedom of your own self-expression and existence.
I hope this book brings more clarity to your inner voices. It will help you to know and trust your own Intuitive Self, your inner guidance system, which shall never let you down, ever!

why you need to read
this book
To become the master of your inner conflict you first need to understand how your mind works, and to do this you need to understand the abilities of your brain and mind.
This book may challenge you as it will stretch your thinking, which is exactly what it is meant to do. Reading its entire content is important to enable you to grasp the methods of learning about your inner voices together with each of their agendas and how they sound within you. Opting out without completing it will be your egos way of controlling your thoughts to enable its survival, rather than allow you to become more centred and able to operate from your true inner self. The ego mind has a fantastic method of concealing its own agenda from your awareness, and is very self-sabotaging, so I challenge you to read this book through to completion so that you will have the knowledge to become a master of your own thoughts and the direction your life will take.
Your ego is a part of your human mind often referred to as your will
or devil
. This part of your mind can be the most damaging, self-defeating and controlling influence over your thoughts, decisions and life direction. It will fight for its own survival, as if it doesn’t run your life’s thoughts and decisions, it feels like life will end and death will result. It will drastically sabotage your efforts to prevent anything else from running your mind, including your gut instincts! Comprehending this agenda of your ego mind is crucial in becoming a master of your own thoughts and the decisions you make in the future.
To enable you to understand how your ego mind operates, you need to first learn about the parts of your ego mind and what purpose each holds. In addition to that I will introduce a further voice, which is that of the soul. This voice of the soul can be called many things, including gut instinct, higher self, inner self, intuitive self. Within this book I call your soul’s voice your Intuitive Self
.
In order to conquer the ego mind and its desperate need to dominate your decisions, regardless of how self-sabotaging those decisions may be, you need to understand the inner conflict between the ego mind’s voices and comprehend how to observe your thoughts; you then must learn how to listen to your Intuitive Self. This is the voice that truly matters as it will guide you through every difficult life situation, important decision and temporary loss of direction. It will work with you to guide you to a path of happiness and purpose in your life.
Throughout my career I have specialised in helping thousands of people discern their gut instinct or Intuitive Self and how it operates within them. During consultations I help clients establish the meaning of the Intuitive Self’s messages and teach them how to act on them even when there is inner conflict within the ego mind.
I have witnessed clients grow enormously, escaping from depression, anxiety and fears to feel fulfilled and whole, and, for the first time, in control of their lives. Once you understand the voices within your mind, you gain control whilst you are experiencing inner turmoil; whilst you are still feeling stuck and unclear of how to move through the problems in your life. So I challenge you to complete this book and not allow your ego mind to prevent you from finishing it!
My joy and pleasure in life is in helping others gain happiness and fulfillment through my work. I know that reading this book can be challenging for your comprehension.
