Dedication
This book is dedicated to all who have ever felt stuck in a rut and could not find the strength to move on quickly. Special Thanks to my awesome family especially my son Myles without whom this book would not be possible.
Chapter I — Know Thyself
Self-acknowledgement is a word which is rarely heard these days. Why is it so? It's because we are forced to acknowledge and give our special attention to everyone and everything else except us. The factors present in the world that distance us from ourselves do not let people acknowledge themselves. Moreover, people see it as an egotistical act. Accepting, validating and acknowledging yourself for small and big victories is a wonderful thing. It will build your confidence and inspire you to do better. Remember that before anyone else, you have you at all times; therefore, make sure to give yourself everything that you deserve.
The statement Know Thyself
is not restricted to knowing only your good qualities but to make peace with your foibles and weaknesses, as well. This might be difficult and embarrassing even but once you give it a try, you will think otherwise. It's a healing process when you stop hiding all your aspects from yourself.
