About this ebook

Falseness of Abandonhood:

This is a concept that I created to describe the mindset that I had growing up. I felt abandoned, alone, neglected and rejected. To be completely honest, a lot of it was valid. However, as I matured I realized that I was playing the victim and causing more harm to myself by not getting the help that I desperately needed. Even into my adulthood it was me that wasn't healed, had no mentors and the wrong outlook on life in general. So the "More Life" motto was created in order for me to begin the healing process of the past.

Heaven Rose Hamilton

Hello…my name is Heaven Rose and I believe that creating a SELFCARE routine saved my life. Mine starts with daily writing, which I have done since childhood to express my emotions.   I have had a lot of struggles but none compare to the passing of both my parents in 2021. BUT, a daily practice of intentional love inward, spark joy every morning!   Celebrate more life with me while we connect through my original poetry. This is MY mental health journey - what’s yours?   XOXO HR
