    This book is dedicated to one of the most powerful women I know, My Mother Rachel.

    My Mom taught me that the sky is the limit; she broke her own glass ceiling…a woman with limited academic education…but with wisdom that could rival many.

    I always said that she had a PHD in Life.

    One of my fondest childhood memories was her baking, she made the best bread and every Saturday and Wednesday respectively the oven was full of homemade loaves.

    Whenever, there were heavy rains, my siblings and I would come home from school to a special treat, we could always look forward to cups of hot cocoa, while we huddled around and listened to a story.

    Yes she was a great story teller, she loved to laugh and she had a unique one, with an extra set of rings, it was loud and hearty, I likened it to an addendum (there was a second part to the laugh that went on for too long sometimes).…but shewas also a disciplinarian, oh yes the entertainment was there but so was the discipline.

    I would say my Mother was also quite shy, on topics about sex and having babies, but in the latter part of her
