About this ebook

This is the story of one who found himself lost, but managed to return to his master and back to his pack with the help of a friend; that friend was me! God was sharing a message as I helped my wandering friend, from the cry of the master, to the welcoming of the pack, He was speaking but was I listening? Would I receive the revelation God was sharing on the path? Would I see the relevance of His story?

CARRYING GOD'S HEART FOR THE LOST AND WANDERING

HELPING THOSE THAT HE PUTS IN YOUR PATH

SHARING THE CRY AND THE MERCY OF OUR MASTER

LOVING THE PRODIGALS BACK TO LIFE

GUIDING THEM HOME…AND SO MUCH MORE!

God had put someone in my path that meant I had to lay down my own agenda. The main agenda now was seeing him safe and seeing him home. I had asked God to speak to me on this journey, and He was speaking very clearly. The message was one of evangelism; His desire was to see His little ones home, Back to the Pack and brought into a safe place with Him.

There the lost one was on the path, restless and wandering. There was no one else in sight – only me. What was I to do with him? How could I see him back home, back to his master and Back to the Pack? I had been entrusted by God to take care of the one He had placed on my path; everything else had to cease as he became my only thought. He was my responsibility; only I could lead him home. This journey was one of evangelism, one of seeking and finding. We would search for his master together and look for his pack within the fields. We would do this together. If he had gotten himself lost, there must be a way for him to be found; he could never go too far. I knew his master would come, I knew we would hear His call, we just had to believe: trust and believe, seek and find. This we did as we journeyed this path together, leading him back, leading him home, and into the arms of his master.

    INTRODUCTION

On 31st October 2013 I found myself in America pursuing the dream to work in women’s ministry, but on that day, God was saying something completely different.

He said, ‘I want you to start writing books.’

I had never written a book in my life or even saw myself as a writer, but in my heart, I already had 19 outlines and titles for books that the Holy Spirit had been talking to me about.

I asked God, ‘How do I write 19 books?’

And His answer was, ‘Just start!’

So, I went to my local coffee shop and put pen to paper. The books seemed to come together really quickly and soon I had completed one, then two, then three, and I got to be the first recipient of a book that I didn’t even remember writing. Upon reading it, it seemed as if I was reading it for the very first time, and every book has been like that since.

So, be on the lookout for more books to come from

The Logan Series as He continues to ask me to write.

    What I tell you in the dark, speak in the daylight;

what is whispered in your ear, proclaim from the roofs.

    Matthew 10:27 (NIV)

Back to the Pack is a book for the lost, scattered and wandering; it is for those that desire to be walking once again with their master, and for those that want to help them to do that. Throughout this book, allow Him to take you on a journey of evangelism, to learn His heart for the lost, to hear His cry, and to see His little ones back home.

I hope you feel encouraged and inspired by this book and that it points you only to Him, the one who loves you enough to ask me to write it. Let it do the work in you that He wants it to do, and please reach out and let us know what God has done throughout this book.

Let us build a strong community of truth, justice,

and freedom, all united as one.

All the believers were in fellowship as one body,

and they shared with one another whatever they had.

    Acts 2:44 (TPT)

    Chapter 1

    FOUR LEGGED FRIEND

An easy way for me to spend time with God and to clearly hear His voice is to get out in nature and walk in His presence; everything is so much clearer there. I don’t know whether it’s that there are no distractions, no technology, and not really any noise, or whether that it is just a special place that God uses to talk to me - either way, I receive it.

Now you’ve got my feet on the life path, all radiant from the shining of your face. Ever since you took my hand, I’m on the right way. Psalm 16:11 (MSG)

So I went for my long walk. It usually takes about two hours all round the back of my village; it is off the road, so there are no cars, just cows, horses, and a whole lot
