Charlotte Rose

Charlotte S. Rose is a surrealist writer combining reality and fantasy in all of her stories. She delights in mixing dreams and reality, linking together impossible events with everyday occurrences. Reality can be boring, while fantasy can sometimes be "too far out there" to take seriously, but the combination of the two can produce some intriguing surreal stories. She writes automatically like any true surrealist writer, recording wherever her characters take her, channeling words and images directly from the subconscious portion of the mind, where myths, dreams and inspiration reside in their purest form. She is author of the contemporary erotic novel, Rapine (consisting of three parts), in which two extremely wealthy and powerful men that are members of a secret society are vying for the heart of one woman.Facebook Page:www.facebook.com/TheTrophyWifeBooks

    Introduction

Welcome to The Escort Academy Ebook. If you have joined us via this book or our website, you will either already be an escort, or you have already considered making a career as an escort in the future.

Escort Academy is not designed to persuade or cajole anyone to join the escort industry, and likewise, it is not designed to dissuade or convince you away from the industry. It is simply a toolbox kit created to educate and equip you with the necessary information to make your pre-made career choice both safe and successful.

Make no mistake…the sex industry has been tainted by a bad reputation for being seedy and unsafe. However, the collective of experts at The Escort Academy know that is only one side of the story. For many independent and business savvy escorts, the industry is an enjoyable and profitable career choice.

But like any career choice, success is not always easy and certainly not instantaneous. Different escorts will have a variety of motivations and goalposts for their career. Some wish to subsidise University or other training, some wish to be part-time escorts in other senses, as a supplement to another vocation for instance. Some wish to work full time, and may even want a long-term career in escorting in order to have a good standard of living or to afford to save for something, such as a house deposit. Whatever your objectives, The Escort Academy will help you on your way.

One of the important principals within The Academy’s curriculum is a focus on what you as an individual have to offer to the sex industry. The expertise combats the notion that you have to be a pneumatic, super slim, young woman with porn star appeal in order to be successful.  The Academy aptly demonstrates the range of styles and genres of escorting that are available, and the best ways to utilise on what strengths and qualities that you have to offer.

Unlike other Internet sources, The website Escort Academy is an easy-to-use set of video modules, brimming with up to date information presented in an entertaining and accessible style. It contains a broad range of insights that would be of use to almost all people working in the sex industry. This Ebook has taken some of the info from those modules and adapted them to readable format

If you would, after reading this Ebook or researching the video modules, like some extra information, and would like to pick the brains of Charlotte Rose, The Academy’s headmistress, and award winning Escort then private tuition is also available through the escort academy web site.

We hope you enjoy your time at The Academy and your time as a successful escort,

    Agencies

I myself have had some experience with escort agencies but not with massage parlours, but some of the team at Escort Academy have. The information therein is collected from a combined many years of experience in the industry, and is intended to be fair and reasonable, but with the safety, happiness and job satisfaction of the sex worker  - not the parlour or agency - in mind

For me the agency was the best decision as I learnt so much about the escort work and I didn’t have to advertise, answer the phone, or make my own appointments as they do it all for you, and to start with I had no money to be able to set myself up. A good agency will be one that works with you in mind, not the other way round. The agency works for you – many agencies & parlours might try & make you feel like they are your ‘boss’, but they are not and you shouldn’t be cajoled into thinking so. They are a service who - for a commission - use their advertising to obtain you clients. Remember, you pay them, they don’t pay you.

    Escort Agencies – Firstly, if you have decided to opt for an agency, research all of the agencies that cover your area, so that if one isn’t working for you, you can change to another. If there are not many agencies working in your area, consider the option of going independent.  Secondly, do your research and ask questions;

    - How much commission do they take?

    - Do they have a driver?

    - What security procedures are in place? And so forth.

Avoid Agencies that: Or massage parlours that require a ‘special interview’. This essentially means, particularly if the manager is male, that you have to have sex or show yourself naked before your go on the books. This is NOT a legitimate method of interview.  It is a form of sexual exploitation. Also, don’t be convinced into using facial pictures on the website if you don’t want to, and be wary of any agency that requests more than a 30% commission. It is you who is doing the real work!

Escort Academy also does not recommend any escort agencies that request a ‘joining fee’, or that profess to only offer clients for non-sexual ‘social’ appointments. Agencies that require a fee are 99% conning you out of money, especially when they say they have bookings ready for you that evening. Once you give them the money via a bank transfer you will not be able to claim it back through your bank. Agencies that state non-sexual appointments are yet another con!

Leave Agencies that: Send you to areas you have asked not to visit or send you to clients who you have asked not see again. Also they may be legitimate reasons for leaving an appointment straight away or early; there may be more than one person at the destination upon arrival, the client maybe unclean and refuse to wash (you should never tolerate this) or rude or even abrasive. If the agency is not understanding in these, then this is big cause for concern.

    Parlours

Massage Parlours? –  Escort Academy does not recommend massage parlours as a means of working for the following reasons:

Cons - Massage parlours often run on a ‘low cost-high custom’ policy. Therefore you will need to see many clients in order to ‘make your money’. Aligned with cheap prices, many parlours take large commissions from their ‘staff’. For example, it is not unheard of for a parlour to charge £50/£60 and take 50% leaving the worker with a meagre £25/£30! On top of this, parlours rarely function on an appointment system. Instead they might use a ‘line-up’. A line-up is where a ‘punter’ will arrive at any time of his choosing, and the management will call the workers to stand in a line, most often in
