    IT IS WHAT IT IS

Stripping is hustling and like a lot of freelance gigs,

the future can be scary. Strippers are pursuing

a career of passion and the longer they work

the more success they can find. They have to

stay on top of their hustle because retirement

comes early in the stripper business.

This guide does not represent any adult club USA. If you are new to this kind of guide, it is best you read it to gain knowledge. If you feel that you are already well informed, I suggest you read it to simply enhance what you already know. There are a few cuss words used in this book to get you and your mind straight to the exaggerated point I’m making.

As the author and publisher, I have made every effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information contained in this book. Our editorial team has checked with me, made a few updates and I approve the publishing of this book. We assume no responsibility for errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or any inconsistency herein. Any slight of people, clubs, businesses, or organizations are sincerely unintentional. Any likeliness or similarities to anyone or anything are purely coincidental. No real names are used to protect the identity of dancers who would like to remain anonymous.

At the time that I chose to write this book, I saw that there was a need for awareness for women who work in the exclusive world of adult entertainment. These women, whether newcomers or veterans needed to understand the rules, regulations and laws associated with the stripping/entertainment business. A woman who dances is better equipped when she understands the rules, standards and laws associated with being a part time or full-time professional dancer.

This book is filled with common sense advice for women who twerk where they work" I hope "Straight Talk for Exotic Dancers: A fun yet serious book of truths, tips, & advice for women helps readers gain a clear understanding of how women who work in this industry can survive the sometimes difficult stripper world.

By all accounts, the stripping lifestyle is in a class of its own and depending on the woman it is definitely a business that can help her earn loads of money.

    SPECIAL NOTE:

The words Bitch or Bitches is used as a term of endearment throughout this book. It’s the club language and is not necessarily meant to hurt or harm any person’s self-esteem. It is mainly an endearing term used with a girlfriend kind of love, care, and concern. Club staff use and understand this language in the way it is meant to be understood. Thank You.

    TRUTHFUL ADVICE FOR REAL BITCHES

    Introduction

    About This Book

It doesn’t matter that you are new to twerking, a

veteran dancer, or a Ms. Real fan. If you read this

book, I promise you will learn from this guide.

My name is Ella. My fans call me Ms. Real and the dancers call me Momma P. I am an author of fifty-two books with eleven of those books currently published and selling in bookstores all over the country. In August 1996, after leaving the Dallas Independent School District, I began authoring books that would help women get to the next economic level. I had been a schoolteacher for more than twenty-two years, but in 2007, I became curious about the sensuous industry of seductive dancing. As I met women at some of my seminars, I would openly speak with them about different issues that concerned women and somehow we got on the subject of strippers and strip clubs. This got me to thinking about that particular lifestyle, so I began to ask around and was introduced to a strip club owner named Randy, After speaking to Randy for a few minutes, I was hired and told to report to work on the following weekend. I worked at DG’s for three years as a house mom. My job was to make sure the dancer were dressed good, looked good and performed good. I got good at doing what I was doing. I was so good that several other clubs began their recruitment of me. The other club owners would offer me top notch perks to come work at their club as I later found out that I was in demand because the dancers were requesting me. Top clubs like Silver City, Onyx, G-5, Stilettos, Ricks Cabaret, Baby Dolls, and The Warehouse were trying to recruit me as their house mom.

Each of these clubs were nice clubs and were very enticing, but I wanted to work at the largest multi-racial Urban club in Dallas. That club was Club Onyx. I was introduced a General Manager named Junior and after meeting him and selling my skills and ability to handle a busy club environment I was hired.

O.K. lets jump forward … I worked for Jr for about three years, making loads of money and building my business-like reputation with the girls and the club owners, managers, and staff. Even though I left DG’s and began working at Onyx I was now being recruited by Randy again. He wanted me to come back. After Onyx found out I was speaking with the competition, I was fired from Onyx and I returned to DG’s. Dg’s had lots of girls and everyone knows that the more girls the more pay. It was nice for a while. … I mean I was eating … racking up lots of money and enjoying the luxury benefits of club life.

I was happy, then one day I was told by one of the girls that a guy was asking for me out on the dance floor. I went to the dance floor to see who it was, and it was the Regional Director from Club Onyx. He had come to get me. His name was Ian. Ian asked me what it would take to hire me back and after a little bit of back and forth and happy negotiations, I was made an offer that I could not refuse. I promised him that I would give him 100% dedication to the job. He hired me back.

After a year of dedicated hustling and working, I had an opportunity to work as a training house mom in several other Texas strip clubs. My job was to create a system of success for clubs whereas every person that worked as a house mom used the same system. This system would give each club an easier and more organized system for the dancers to follow. It was beautiful.

In order to field unanswered questions and understand more about the strip club industry, I went underground to write. At the time that I was hired no one knew I was a writer who had authored several books.

When I began writing this book my only objective was to tell the truth about the intimate characteristics of the stripping industry. This book documents the stripping industry, the many kinds of women who strips and why women choose this kind of work.

This journey and the writing of this book has been a huge undertaking. Trying to remain objective, fair, open-minded, and nonjudgmental has been my personal challenge. As I watched and journaled the women, I learned that it’s difficult to live the life of a stripper, especially a respectable stripper. Our society over-exaggerates the role of the stripper, but it is safe to say that this kind of intimate, erotic, and sensuous work does likely fulfill some women who work in this business. For each woman, the fulfillment is different. It might be physical, emotional, or sensuous.

This information will enhance some of what you already know or do not know about strippers and give you a peek at the people who work as strippers. It will give most any woman who ‘twerks for a living’ the knowledge and footing needed to succeed in this indescribable business.

I hope that women who are in this business appreciate these survival techniques and explore the opportunities so that they will earn money, save time, become independent and learn to do those things that will keep them from compromising their integrity and values.

I AM NOT YOUR TWERKER JUDGE, BUT …

I do not mean to speak badly or criticize any woman, who performs as a stripper, nor encourage or prevent women from becoming strippers. I support women in general, but it is difficult to tell the truth and not appear to be judging some of these women. I have learned and I have witnessed that every scenario is different, and every dancer is different. This knowledge can help …

    • Most anyone can bring a crazy acting spaced-out dancer back to her senses when she goes too far.

    • It can you understand why strippers that go off the deep end for the most minute and smallest reasons.

    • Guide the strippers who are beginners or new to the business toward the correct standards and etiquette.

    • Strippers create a short-term or long-term game plan that will get her money up.

For me it is such a difficult place. It’s very challenging to sit back and say nothing when you know a dancer is faking a seizure or when you watch how a dancer scheme against another, steal money from her dance partner, manipulate the managers, disrespect good customers or watch them drag themselves to gutter levels just for the almighty dollar.

I hope that this book will give strippers a reason to use the business to come up instead of an excuse to act up.

ACCEPT THAT THE TRUTH IS THE TRUTH

As I was writing, many truths
