INTRODUCTION

B y G-d’s Grace and Mercy, an inspiration came to write a book honoring the legacy of a great American reformer, Imam Warithu Deen Mohammed. His name can be defined as a leader, inheritor of the way of life of one worthy of praise. That idea became the book titled Legacy of Extraordinary Leadership for Community Life and was released in 2013. Through his teaching and life example, this leader was used by The Creator to transform the lives of millions of Americans. In 33 years of leadership, he made a unique contribution to American history in transforming the lineage of American slaves from the ghosts of plantationism to a sober, balanced, and progressive style of living the life of peaceful submission to G-d in the United States and throughout the world. He was and is a leader for human salvation. Therefore, throughout this writing he will be referred to as The Leader.

The research for that Legacy book used a focused life history approach. This method involved asking the same series of questions during separate one hour interviews with ten people. The result was a model of 12 Principles of Extraordinary Leadership that can be used by anyone wanting to enhance their life.

Since nine of the interviewees were men and one was a woman, I wanted to get more of the woman’s perspective on the extraordinary leadership of The Leader and its impact. So I asked the first interviewee, the Brother of Clear Understanding, Perception and Appreciation of Matters: Who should be interviewed to get a woman’s perspective? He said: Oh, you’ve got to talk to Mother Leadership? I said: Ok. Who is she and where can I find her. He gave me her phone number. I asked the Trustworthy Brother of an Undivided Love for Oneness of G-d, he said: That’s Mother Leadership. When I asked the Brother who Supports, Represents and Works to Understand and Unveil Divine Knowledge of the True Cherisher, Sustainer, and Guardian Evolver of all Life. He said: She’s the best!

I didn’t reach out to her immediately. The first book was taking all of my attention. After some time, I met Mother Leadership on the path. I didn’t say anything about the book idea. A year later our paths crossed and the book project was mentioned. We set a time to talk on the phone. Three separate interviews were conducted. The writing below is the transcript of those interviews. I ask you Dear Reader to open your heart, mind and soul to benefit from these Conversations with Mother Leadership.
