Kimberly J Benoit
Kimberly Benoit is a Leadership Coach, Consultant & Author who works with leaders and teams across all industries that often share a similar challenge of being stuck in toxic or unhealthy patterns, unable to confidently navigate needed change for continued success. Through a compassionate approach, she empowers them to confront the real issues and to create realistic next steps to move forward with confidence. She launched her business after an accomplished 24-year career as strategic and operational leader with expertise in program management, change management, crisis management, strategy development, and organizational effectiveness. Kimberly is active in the Project Management Institute (PMI) and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She holds advanced degrees in Clinical Psychology and Criminal Justice. In addition, Kimberly is certified in the Mindful Leader's Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and the Harrison Assessment. Kimberly lives in New Orleans, LA with her sweet cat, Ruby, and enjoys reading, cooking, listening to music and traveling.
