Better Wolf Than Never, is about what happens when things get out of control in a store dressing room and a man that a woman is about to have sex with, changes into something entirely non-human.

Synopsis: Dude, Your Fangs Are Huge, is the story of a woman who meets someone new, and they hit it off – until she hears something in the kitchen that evening and sees a large animal eating their leftover steaks. After calling 911 and the animal disappears, she finds her new boyfriend has an additional bonus when he doesn’t balk at going shopping in the mall, but a little while later, she finds out what he’s really like.

So, what’s wrong with you? Jessie asked. She leaned forward, watching the candlelight illuminate her date’s puzzled face.

Paul laughed bewilderedly. I’m not sure I understand.

Jessie smiled. This is our second date, she explained. You’ve been nothing but a perfect gentleman. You’re sexy. You were single before you met me. Why? What’s wrong with you? Why aren’t you with anyone? Where do you hide the bodies?

Jessie felt a little bit bad for him as he spluttered on his beer, but she had to know. Paul was just too perfect. There had to be something.

I sometimes throw my socks on the floor instead of the hamper, Paul said slowly. And I almost never put the cap back on the toothpaste. Sorry. In advance. Maybe.

Jessie laughed and shook her head. I’m sorry, she said. I just can’t believe you’ve been single.

Doesn’t everyone have to be single, at one time or another? he asked. Then, how else could we have found each other?

Jessie melted a little. She and Paul had really been hitting it off ever since they’d met at a bar. She was a little neurotic, to be sure, but he always seemed to know what to say to defuse her.

He was sweet, caring, and had a wicked good head of hair. It was a chestnut brown, spiked up and clean.

Jessie loved a guy who took good care of himself, and Paul looked to be no exception.

Was a second date too early to know that she loved him?

I guess, then, that I can only think of one thing that’s wrong, Jessie said coyly. Want to come home with me after dinner and make it right?

Paul was so cute when he got nervous, she decided. It made her want to make him anxious all the time.

I absolutely want to be with you, he said, taking her hand from across the table. If that’s what you want, too, then I want it even more.

Finishing dinner was harder than Jessie thought it would be. She was distracted by the thought that she was going to have sex with Paul.

Perfect Paul. It made her want to swoon.

He noticed toward the end of their steaks and took pity on her.

We can get a box, if you want, he said. Who says we can’t have a little dessert before we finish dinner?

Perfect, perfect, perfect Paul, Jessie chanted as they walked to the car, carrying the rest of the dinner in a foam box. He opened the car door for her before securing the box in the back and getting in himself.

The restaurant they’d picked was just a short fifteen minutes from Jessie’s house, but she was so eager to get back that it was hard to sit still. The fifteen minutes seemed like fifteen hours.

When they finally parked in the driveway, Jessie was practically ready to throw herself at Paul. Instead, she smiled and handed him the box of unfinished steaks.

Will you pop those in the fridge for me? she asked,
