    Dedication

I dedicate this book, first, to almighty God who gave me the wisdom, inspiration, and the ability to make this book a success. I also dedicate it to my children Paul and Paula.

    Acknowledgment

I am so indebted to God almighty for doing everything possible every step of the way to make it a reality. I use this opportunity to thank my parents Mr. Ignatius K. and Mrs. Reverend Felicia Edusei, who in diverse and immeasurable ways played a very instrumental role. Esther Barketey of Foschini Company Ltd. Ghana Branch also helped to actualize the dream of publishing this book.

Thanks to Mrs. Patricia Donkor Asiedu, Dr. Ayariga ,Dr. Henry Lartey and Nana S. Achampong who were influential and instrumental in making this dream come true. They financially ‘sowed’ into this vision.

Last but not least are my friends, family and more especially the youth who have offered me the opportunity and the blessing through diverse ways; they have encouraged me. Literally, they kept me on my toes when the going was tough.

I can’t forget the enormous contribution by the CEO of Blessed Publication Mr. Adamah Otoo.

Once again I say a big thank you to God, and all of you who made this a noble vision a reality; space will not allow me to name you all, but you know yourselves.

Of course, it is a fact that by law a driver must stop the moment a pedestrian signals their intension to cross. But it is also a fact that most drivers ignore the rule and may end up knocking the pedestrian down dead or at best rendering them crippled for life. Yes the law will hold the driver accountable and liable but the pedestrian may be the one with the lost life or broken limb.

Another example is when a woman decides to put herself at risk by walking around in the night because she is by law supposed to be under the protection of the police. Of course you have the right to make that choice, but that material moment you step out into the dark you make yourself vulnerable to
