CHAPTER 1

The Chains Will Fall

It’s 6:32 a.m. I sit locked in my bedroom smoking a joint. My mind races over the events of the last 10 days in disbelief! I look to my left at a photograph given to me by my second daughter, Cheryl-Ann. These pictures would set off a chain of events that even I would not be ready for. In 10 short days, God would take me, as some would say, from Glory to Glory!

This story will sound to most unrealistic, but for my family and friends, they will know it is surely His Gospel, taken from the chapters of His Bible and played out in today’s time! If Patrick and I did not live every word ourselves, we would surely disbelieve.

For all we lost through it all, I know He will surely pay us double for our troubles!

I awake early Sunday, May 17, 2020, alone, sweating. The house is cold and still. I hear sniffling coming from the other room. Patrick. A still voice tells me he’s been crying. The day prior’s events have surely taken its toll on him. The last 24 hours a blur. My heart is broken. I fear my children believe I am sick, for their father is shaken by my actions. My own sister fears I may be possessed, but no, this is something FAR, FAR, MORE POWERFUL IN YOUR MIDST. NO ONE WILL LISTEN, BUT SURELY THEY WILL HEAR ME, ANYWAY!

My daughter pleads with her to come to me, but she will not! Everyone truly believes I am crazy!

Before I begin, let me tell you about some of OUR FATHER’S DISLIKES!

1. BLASPHEMY: the act or offense of speaking sacrilegiously about GOD or sacred things: profane talk!

2. Being told what HE IS TO BE ABOUT!

3. WE ARE TO ALWAYS BE ABOUT OUR FATHER’S BUSINESS!

4. FAITHLESS PREACHERS, PREACHING HIS WORD WILL STOP!

I will move through these next 10 days with pure accuracy that will strike you to your core! Know that as you feel, I have SURELY felt and will never feel NO MORE!
