MY STORY

My childhood and teenage years:

Igrew up as an only child. I was very curious and spontaneous, I loved adventure and movement. My parents and I lived in Belgium. My father was a pilot and thanks to this mysterious and magical profession, I was able to travel throughout my childhood, my teenage years and as a young adult. I discovered countries with wonderful and varied cultures. It was not unusual for me to taste local dishes with spices and varied flavors. I listened to music from all over the world. I met people of all nationalities and I realized that deep down we are not so different. The breathtaking landscapes followed one another. My eyes, my heart and my soul are imbued with them.

This childhood gave me a strong sense of adaptability which is also based on the fact that I have a mixed heritage. Indeed, my mother is Greek and my father is Belgian. I was born between these two cultures. I lived in Belgium but every year, I spent my holidays on my mother's native island during the two summer months. There, I climbed rocks barefoot, and dived into the clear, turquoise sea. We would go by boat to the nearby deserted islands. I caught sea urchins with my mother's cousin and we eat them right on the beach.

I received a very free education. I didn't really have any limits. I tested a lot of things. I lived very intensely.

After an extreme and turbulent childhood and adolescence full of paradoxes and contradictions, I managed to build a full life for myself. The years spent overcoming hardships and trials have made me stronger and have given me the ability to share this strength and balance with others.

My early adulthood and my life as a woman:

I'm married and I have two lovely little girls. I live on a beautiful island in Greece.

The first couple of years I decided not to work so I could take care of my daughters and watch them grow up, enjoying every moment spent with them. Being a mother is a priceless gift.

During this time, I became interested in personal development, marketing, entrepreneurship, NLP... I read a lot and these subjects fascinated me. Without really realizing it, I trained myself on these topics for almost 10 years.

At the end of this period of self-learning, I thought for hours on end how to find ideas and create a tailor-made job for myself. I was going in circles without really finding anything tangible. One day, my mother told me you should be a coach, it would suit you perfectly.

I did some research and I completed a certification in digital coaching. I practiced for two years and coached about 50 people online. The feedback I received from the clients I worked with was 100% positive. I found my way.
