    Introduction

    Belly fat or abdominal fat is when excess fat is built up around the central part of the body and at some height likely to cause health problems. Irrespective of age or social group, belly fat is strongly related to common cardiovascular ailment or even obesity.     Energy imbalance

    The most important cause of belly fat is energy imbalance, consuming more fat or usable calories than you are able to expend.
