    −  2 Pack microwave Mexican rice (250g each)

    −  1 pack Mexican salad kit (400g)

    −  Cherry tomatoes, halved (250g)

    −  Fresh coriander leaves (garnish)

    How to Cook:

    Cook rice according to directions on the pack

    Combine all the ingredients including rice, cheese (from salad kit), and dressing (also from salad kit)

    Serve and garnish with coriander

    Chicken and Parmesan Salad

    List of Ingredients:

    −  Steak, sliced into bite-size (200 oz)

    −  Plain flour (1 cup)

    −  Ricotta cheese (8oz)

    −  Shredded lettuce (3 cups)

    −  Balsamic vinegar (2 tbsp)

    −  EVOO (2 tbsp)

    How to Cook:

    Season flour with salt and pepper (to taste) in medium bowl, add sliced steak and toss until well coated

    Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat, place coated steak in oil and fry each side till it turns golden and crispy. Drain steak slices on parchment paper

    In a small bowl whisk together balsamic vinegar and EVOO and season. Add in lettuce leaves and toss till well coated

    When serving, spread ricotta on the plates, place lettuce and top with steak
