Hi there, I’m Billy, and if you’ve already read one of my books, you can skip to the next page. If you’re new here, there’s some stuff you need to know.

I’m a chimera hunter. What’s that, you ask? Chimeras are mythical creatures that look like mixed up versions of regular animals, and they come from other worlds. I can follow them back into their worlds. I don’t actually hunt them, but people like me are called chimera hunters.

I’m also not real. I’m a book character. This is important to know because you’re going to help me make some decisions in this book. You can make safe or risky decisions, and in real life, you want to make safe decisions. In books though, you can do whatever you want. It’s important to know how to recognize if a decision is safe or risky, but whatever you decide in this book isn’t going to hurt me. I’ll be just fine.
