Naomi Lynn Barnes was an educator for over 40 years. In addition to teaching, she managed education programs for medical education agencies, including the Philadelphia Network of Cardinal Health, and medical societies including The American College of Physicians. Her mind is as a painting of the dawn,

the blues and greens of wistful thoughts.

Alone she sits beside a blue sky so free

it seems to her mind and heart have surely gone

to distant places where the mind can rest

in peace and happiness for all its years

where few occasions bring desire for quest

when she will search the shore amongst men's tears.
