Chapter 1
A Review of the Warlocks Intent
These are the words and thoughts of the Warlock as we left him before in Book 2.
Feeling recovered now , Mag-yar was making plans. He had stopped fueling his Crystal Ball with his energy. He’d had the Witches create a Water Bowl
for him. It was spelled to do exactly what his ball did, it just cost him each time he had to renew it with them. The Witches were vicious in their dealings, charging him huge amounts. As he sat and thought about this, he noticed his spelled bowl was shaking. He nearly tripped over himself as he ran to see what there was to see or hear. To his total amazement, he found the bowl showing him Princess Ivy and some young man by the Spring. He quickly pulled up a chair to see what they were up to. Needless to say, he did not have to wait long. He tuned in just as Princess Ivy arrived. He watched and he observed, and a kernel of a plan began. He saw the Princess and this young man as they entered the makeshift bower created by the limbs and leaves of the area around the Spring. He saw all the Candles and he saw, wonder of wonders, could it be...Yes, he just proposed. He knew how to wreak his revenge now. He would do it for Jimson and his loss! He spelled the bowl off. He had a big idea. He now knew how to hurt as he had been hurt!
Others in the Dark Arts had watched him as he slowly slid in to their version of insanity. As users of the Dark Arts, they had all touched the edges of it themselves. Yet always staying on the fringes. However, total insanity in one with his powers was extremely alarming even in their Dark Community.
Master Warlock of the Dark Arts, Lord Mag-yar Bonavoy, would now plan as one who will not contemplate failure against those, he felt were no better than trained fleas with wings!
Chapter-2 2
A Declaration
Ivy and her Special Ladies, Quil and Dil have finally finished all their Magical Training. During their training, they learned they are far more powerful than their tutors, Shamus and Honeysuckle had ever considered. They knew the girls would be powerful, but were surprised at what levels of power they had. Honeysuckle had long suspected the girls had the " Power of Three and was proven correct during training. Beside the
Power of Three ", they were each very strong alone. Several other powers manifested during their training. Beside their normal Fey Magic, they are now able to do a calling, sharing informanition, cloaking, shielding, telekinesis, image projection and fireball and lighting attacks. They can all feel Magic and at times, even see its trails. Ivy learns she has visions and can transport Quil and Dil to other Realms with her, without a portal. Quil learns she has healing abilities and is an empath. Dil has become proficient at Ancient Languages and growing the herbs for their potions, as well as knowing where to find other ingredients need for their potions. Over-all, Shamus and Honeysuckle were very proud of the girls. Honeysuckle finally felt the Glen would be fine in the future when the Royal couple retired.
With all the training now finished, they can turn their thoughts to their wedding. Over time, they had planned what they wanted, making a list for each category. All they really had to do was put their plan in to action. They wanted a small wedding. As they talk, Shamus decided he likes the older Druid term for a wedding, a Declaration
. Honeysuckle immediately liked the term. They run through their list one last time before putting them in action. Honeysuckle will read off a list and Shamus will answer. Will Zamora officiate for us?
Yes, I spoke to her, all she needs is a date and time. Are we still in agreement to
Declare under the Glen’s Gilly Tree? Yes, I think that’s a perfect place. Do we have a final guest list? Yes, if you agree, we do. Alright, who did we decide on? Of course, the Royal Couple, Ivy and the girls, the three T’s, Tink, Tank and Tunk, Cauldron and of course, Zamora. There we have it then. Small, simple and beautiful. Oh, we didn’t choose a time Shamus!
Half an hour before sunset, tomorrow?
Oh Shamus, I’d declare right now! But tomorrow it is, half an hour before sunset. Shamus called to Cauldron as Honeysuckle conjured up their invites to their
Declaration" the following day. Cauldron arrived while Honeysuckle was wording their invites. Shamus told Cauldron of their plans, telling his friend he wanted him to be the first to know. Cauldron expressed his joy for his friend and asked if he could deliver the invites? Shamus thanked him then told Honeysuckle of Cauldrons request. She thanked him as she handed him the invites, making sure he would attend first. He was soon aloft on his joyous errand. Shamus had also given Cauldron an extra message for Zamora, asking her to come by early to his place. Once Cauldron winged away, Shamus and Honeysuckle each went off on their own errands.
Honeysuckle popped
over to the Castle seeking her Queen. She was suddenly a bundle of nerves, and at her age! She found the Queen alone in her suite. The Queen looked up at Honeysuckle and rushed over to her. Honey, you are pale, are you alright?
Yes, Highness, I am well. Just a case of nerves. Shamus and I are
Declaring tomorrow. It’s finally here and I am a mess!
Smiling and hugging her, the Queen conjured them cups of calming tea, with just a drop of Royal Bee Wine added. Honey, relax and tell me of your plans.
Honeysuckle sat with her Queen, drinking tea and talking of the following day. At the end of the cup of tea, Honeysuckle was calmer and back in control. She conjured in her dress, cap veil combo and her slippers for them to look over. Honey tried on everything for her Queen to look over. The Queen walked all around Honeysuckle making clucking noises. Honey, something is off here. Let me think!
And saying this, she walked over to a chest and took out a small silk bag. She pulled it open, sliding the contents into her hands.
