Princess Rainbow Shine, ruler of the Ever Range, and the only princess to currently reside in the palace in the capital city of Lightsera. This was going to change soon. With the last piece of evidence that she needed about who the new cursed unicorn was, she was finally going to get her sister involved in helping to prevent another catastrophe the likes of which happened in the original Cursed Unicorn ritual. As it turned out, that ritual was the very last thing the world needed... or perhaps it was the very thing the world needed but it came at a deep cost. One she was not too keep to pay again anytime soon.
Yet she was confident that her sister would be able to help her keep things secure. Looking behind her she saw Princess Fairweahter standing there. Where Princess Rainbow had alabaster fur and a rainbow mane and tail so long they trailed to the floor, with wings that were tipped with rainbow feathers. Her sister, Princess Mayhaps Fairweahter was a cobolt mare, with a deep silver mane that faded from white to gray in places. Her feathered wings matched her hair. They were both alicorns, immortal ponies with both wings and a horn, and actual gods among mortals.
Fairweather met her eyes with a cold stair. Sister, I take it you summoned me for a reason.
Princess Rainbow let out a sigh. You are quite right. That I did. I explained to you the situation involving my daughter and apprentice?
Fairweather stuck her nose up. You did, that ingrate of a unicorn is lucky that you took pity on her.
How could I not, you know what happened to her parents as well as I do.
Fairweather grumbled. Fine, but I don't see why you kept her instead of disposing of her when you had the chance.
You full well know what will happen should she die. She won't remain dead for long and her return will be what might put us in danger.
Fairweather closed her eyes and walked around in a wide circle. So, tell me, what is it that you need me to do. I take it there is a task you are too squeamish to handle yourself.
There is... come here and I'll tell you what we must do to not only keep the Ever Range safe, but to keep my beloved daughter safe as well. She is your niece so I would hope you'd care at least a little, she will come to adore you.
Fairweather lowered her head a little. Fine... I shall help. But do not think I do this for free.
Rainbow knew the price for this request. Alright... but only for one day.
Fairweather grinned. I shall enjoy my reward greatly.

It was a brand new day, and with it came brand new surprises. Such as waking up in the old ruined castle of the Foal King only to find that a giant wolf was sitting nearby watching her sleep. Runefire rolled over and pulled the sleeping back tighter around her with a hoof. Savage Heart, watching me sleep makes you a creep.
He growled his response. Princess Rainbow has tasked me with keeping a watchful eye on you and keeping you safe during your stay here.
She had enough of this. Arguing with him was like trying to convince a brick wall it should move out of the way for you instead of walking around it. She pulled herself up and out of the sleeping bag. For a moment she paused, keeping her flanks just barely hidden beneath the surface. Hey, Mr. Creepy wolf, unless you’re planning to take my virginity, would you kindly stop staring at my naked self while I pull out of this thing?
He rolled his eyes and turned around. I do not see what the fuss is about. I seldom wear clothing.
Yes, and as sexy as that is,
She withdrew from her sleeping bag letting her naked body feel the chill in the air. Her soulbrand exposed, one of raining meteorites, she felt exposed and naked. You can't just stare at a naked pony unless you and that pony are getting up to some fun.
He scoffed. Even if I were to lower my standards so much so that I'd be intimate with a pony, you are currently in heat.
Tell me about it.
And I do not wish to impregnate you.
Runefire slipped on her red robes and once her brown fur was neatly protected and hidden by the red wizard robes she swished her tail playfully a few times. There, you can look now.
He turned his head and a grin spread over his lips. I see, you are ready for the morning I take it?
She let out a sigh. Kinda.
her horn lit up with a red aura and dragged her backpack over where she pulled out a thermos and took a drink from it. The coffee was at this point cold, but serviceable. Last night's study of the ancient texts in this place was important. I used my last few Frame Capture cards to record them. I'll need to go home and study them now. I hope Ember's doing fine without me.
As she began to pack her things into her saddlebags, Savage Heart explained, "He's fine. After a year of chasing you and him
