"I think we have a problem. It would seem that they have equipment which detects and blocks any surveillance entering their space. Our thermal cameras don't penetrate the walls, so we can't see behind them."

Mike listened to all of this and said, "Yes you are right, they have equipment which can prevent anything we have from gaining information." Mike stated and carried on. "Leslie many years ago they made a tubular thing which you could see through and it brought everything closer, do you know what it was called?" Mike asked. Leslie laughed and said, "A telescope."

Mike shook his head in acknowledgement. "Very good, they then made it possible for a person to use two eyes to bring things closer, what did they call that?" Mike asked again.

The team all looked at Mike as if he was mad. "They called it binoculars." Leslie answered.

Mike carried on, enjoying the look on their faces. "Correct, then they made an instrument which can see through walls and I don't mean the thermal camera, what is that?" The team all looked dumbfounded.

They had never heard of instruments which could see through walls. "I really do not know.' Leslie answered. Mike looked around at the team. They all shook their heads. "Gentlemen it is called a window, and if you place a couple of strong telescopes at the right angle, then you will be able to see some of what goes on in the castle." Mike replied laughing at their reaction.

Chapter 1

They arrived early in the morning and Mike suggested that they use one of the many guest houses out of the city. They booked into a guest house as they could not be sure that someone might be watching for them at Mike’s ranch.

Mike phoned Doctor William. Hi doc, please don’t ask questions, I will fill you in when I see you. If the government wanted to have a person investigate anything about space, who would they go to? Mike asked him  

The doctor thought about it for some time and answered, Professor Slater, he is a friend of mine, do you want to make contact with him? he asked.

Mike thought for a second and replied, Yes, but I want to go see him where it is very private, can you arrange an appointment in his office. But my name must not be mentioned, just that I am a friend of yours. Mike concluded.

It was arranged for Mike and Albert to go see the Professor in his office. It is like going to see the lion in his den. Albert remarked.

They arrived at the Professors office just after lunch and entered the building. At the entrance they asked to see the Professor. Tell him the two friends of doctor Williams are here to see him. Mike told the security. They were escorted to his office.

The Professor had never met Mike so he did not know what this was about.

They walked into his office and Mike said, Good afternoon Professor, I am Mike Michaelson, I assume that Brag has told you all about my adventure? introducing himself and pointing to Albert, And this is my cousin Albert. He concluded.

The Professor did not know what to say. How did he know about Brag? Mike it is a pleasure to meet both of you that is for sure. How can I help? he asked.

How much did Brag tell you? Mike asked again.

The Professor looked at him uncomfortably, and told him what he knew. You must not be angry with Brag for breaking your confidence, when it comes to world safety, there is no such thing as loyalty to one person, but to your country. The professor stated in defence of Brag’s action. 

Mike looked at the Professor, Believe me Professor, Brag is not an issue, there are bigger fish to worry about. Mike said.

This remark pleased the Professor as he did not want there to be any bad feelings between Mike and Brag, especially now that Mike had decided to come back to the government.

Professor, what Brag could not tell you is that we have made contact with the aliens. Mike said.

The Professor looked at Mike in surprise, What! He exclaimed. Mike was pleased that he had surprised the Professor. Yes. You see the day that Brag left to return to America, a gentleman who called himself Juck arrived at our house. Mike then told the Professor the whole story. And that is why we decided to return to America. Mike said.  

Mike took out the photos and placed them on the desk in front of the Professor. These photos, pointing to the ones showing the craft, All show how the craft enters and leaves the cave. Mike stated.

He looked at the Professor, Some time back, I approached the government with my suspicions, but I was treated like an idiot, so what happens now?  Mike asked.

Mike, I can guarantee you. No-one is sorrier for the way you were treated than me. The Professor stated. I will give you all the support and help that the American Government can. I have been placed in charge of all things relating to your finding. He concluded.

The Professor asked if he could bring in other members of his team to hear Mike’s story. Mike agreed to this.

As it was, he would need to be protected from Juck, if it was his team that tried to kill him and Albert.

The Professor made several telephone calls and requested those on the other side to come to his office.  The Professor arranged for coffee to be delivered to his office while they waited for his team to arrive.

As they entered his office, the Professor introduced them to Mike and Albert. This is Dave Hays, Dave is an electronics expert, and he can do anything with electronics. This is Peter Maggie he is in control of all information pertaining to space. This is Jeff Coleman who stands in for me when I am unavailable, and this is my assistant Storm Harrington. She takes care of all the legal requirements for our operations.

The men were all cut from the same mould, but Storm was something else. She stood about 167centimeters and weighed about 60 kilograms. She had brown hair which grew to her shoulder, and was very light skinned, as if she never got into the sun.

Mike told his story and showed them the video of the attack on Albert’s house. They are very dangerous and we now know that they will go to any length to protect their presence here on Earth. Mike said.

The team listened to Mike’s story and asked questions here and there, but otherwise said nothing until Mike concluded his story with the producing of the meteor.

The site of the meteor caused some excitement. One of the team members remarked, I remember in your book, you spoke about intergalactic messengers, is this one of them? he asked.

Mike took the messenger and opened it for them.

The gasps told the story.

Every person in the room was surprised to see the contents of the messenger. I would not touch it with your bare hands. Mike instructed, One never knows what was in the cosmos it flew through. He concluded. The messenger was sent to the lab to be analysed to see what it might carry. 

It was decided to form a team to deal with this problem. The team would comprise of Mike, Albert, Mike’s team at the ‘Diamond T’, the Professor, Brag, and the other four members who they were introduced to.  The Professor recommended that they all get a copy of Mike’s book and read it. There would be a lot of information contained in the book which would help them understand the situation a bit better. The Professor, with Mike and Albert were off to Washington to give a report on what is happening around the world, as Mike saw it.

They arrived at the Pentagon and they were denied entry. Professor Slater got on the phone and called the Secretary of State. Good morning John, do you remember the last time we met, we discussed a certain young man? The Professor asked. Yes I do why? John replied.

Well I have that young man standing with me outside the building, and I can’t get entry, and believe me, you really want to hear what he has to say. The Professor concluded.

They were allowed entry immediately and were escorted to the office of the Secretary of State.

When they arrived at his office, they had to sit and wait as he was busy with a meeting. Mike looked at the Professor, Are you sure he won’t have me locked up in a Looney bin? Mike asked and laughed at his own joke. They were eventually allowed to enter the Secretary of State’s office where Mike and Albert were introduced to him.

Mike repeated his story. There was not a sound while he was going over what had happened since he came out of his coma. At the end of the story the Secretary of State thanked Mike for not giving up on them and promised his full co-operation in anything they need. Mike was requested to give a briefing the next day to a number of important people.

They left the Pentagon and returned to the hotel suite which they had booked into. They would have to spend the night in town. This did not worry Albert too much, as he had never seen the night life in America before and this was as good a chance as any. Mike took Albert from one side of town to the other. Seeing as neither of them drank alcohol, it was easy to enjoy the night life. They were out until late and then returned back to the hotel.

The next day Mike had to give a speech as to what he thought was happening. The crowd he addressed were all members of the Senate and the President’s special advisors. He was up from early preparing his speech. They entered a hall which reminded him of the inside of a huge church.

The professor was on the podium and after welcoming the audience, he introduced Mike to them.

Good morning, what I am about to tell you might seem to come from a story book, but you can believe me, every word is true. Mike then repeated his story from the time he came out of the coma until he returned to America. He had the photos which he had asked to be made larger, projected onto a screen. This craft was caught on camera as it entered into a cave on the side of a cliff in Spain. He said and told the story of how they eventually were able to capture it on camera. 

The Professor had supplied him with photos of the craft that they had recovered in area 51. As you can see, they are the same model and of the same type. He pointed out. Next Mike produced the messenger and showed them how it worked.

One member of the delegation put up his hand. Mike saw him and indicated that he could speak. Who paid for all of this? he asked.

Mike smiled, just like a politician, always wanting to know about the money.

Albert and I paid for the entire operation. Mike answered hoping this would stop any further interruptions. Why didn’t the Government help with the funding? he carried on with his questions.

The Professor stood up and replied, If you had read the report which was handed to you last night, then you would know all of this, we are not her to ask Mike questions, we are here to learn about a problem facing mankind. Please leave all you questions till another time. And the Professor sat down.

Mike was very grateful for the Professor’s interruption as he did not feel like telling the group that they were idiots.

You can see from the report. This problem started many thousands of years ago. Long before any of the current religions or movements were started. If we look at the archives of the early settlements, then we can see evidence of flying craft being used to wage war with cannons. The archaeologists have found drawings of this nature in a lot of the countries in and around Europe. Mike said and waited for this to sink in.

Mike stopped to take a sip of water. If you had read my report thoroughly then you will see that we have been put on Earth to live together in harmony. Irrespective of each person’s Religion, Race, colour or creed. Mike said and carried on, Can any of you tell me of one place on Earth where they live in harmony without any fear? Mike asked. No I thought not.

Then they broke for a lunch break.

After lunch they returned to the hall. As Mike was about to start, the member who had asked the question earlier put up his hand again. Mike indicated that he could talk. Mike, I have asked the same question I asked you earlier to some of the delegates, and it would seem to me that we owe you an apology for doubting you the first time you came to us with your report. I want to say thank you on behalf of all of us here for giving us a second chance. Thank you and he sat down.

The whole delegation clapped hands to show their solidarity with him. Mike stood and took a bow and said thank you.

Mike looked at Albert smiling, and carried on with his speech. The problem as I see it is that we have aliens here on Earth, of that there is no doubt. There are two types. One is here to document and try to influence the people from his planet to do the right thing, and the other is here to try and take over the world. Look at the conflict around the world today. According to the story I had from the aliens, this is exactly what happened all those thousands of years ago on their respective planets. If we do not do something to get back on the right path, then except for a handful, we will all be doomed. Mike stated. A young woman stood up without raising her hand. What do you propose? she asked and sat down.

Mike looked around the hall, not knowing what to say.
