TU 19-1 Warm-up/Stretching (10/10)
Course:
- Two players each make a team. Each team has one handball. The teams crisscross the court while easily passing the ball.
- The two players should keep changing the running moves (forward, backward, sidestepping) and the distance to each other.
Extension after a couple of minutes:
- If a team of two has managed to steal another team’s ball without losing their own ball, the team that has lost the ball must do five quick jumping jacks, for example. And so on.
The players perform stretching exercises together.
TU 19-2 Coordination run (10/20)
