Master Your Exam Anxiety & Prepare for Success
()
About this ebook
Why should you read this book?
Exam anxiety is a HUGE problem for many students.
But why? What is it that triggers your exam anxiety and how can you master it.
The first step is to learn and acknowledge that there is a problem.
The second step is to "examine" your future exam. Do you actually know what an exam is? How it is prepared and how the teacher is evaluated? Do you know how many different exams and tests there are? Which duties do the Examiner and Censor have? Who creates the Course Curriculum? What is the difference between a summative assessment and a criterion-referenced assessment? Is it true that some people prefer to inflict pain on themselves to avoid uncertainty? What is the difference between an unconditioned response and a conditioned stimulus? How do you improve your exam skills?
All this is just a small part of the things you will learn in this book.
The Third step. Decide. Would you like to learn how to prepare yourself for the next exam so you will not make the same mistakes again?
If this is the case, then this book is for you.
The book also aims to present and disseminate relatively complex and scientific content in a comprehensible and tangible way. It is unnecessary to have an in-depth knowledge of psychology or other mental development tools. There is a great deal of personal experience and real-world examples, and therefore this book will not only be a reading of boring theory.
You will learn how your psyche and physiology react to fear and anxiety and how you can master this pressure.
This is a practical and targeted support tool.

Most people will achieve better results if they use the tools and knowledge you are presented.
Nothing is 100% guaranteed in this life. But my experience as a student and as a teacher tells me that there is a very high probability that you will achieve better results.
Did you know that some people use more time on organizing their notes than actually reading them?
As mentioned, this is a tool that teaches students to prepare and act better and more calm in an exam situation.
Many of the tools and methods presented will also be useful in other stressful situations.
Qualifications and experience.
The aim of my work is to help and facilitate people to achieve their goals and dreams. I have many years of experience working with people in different psychological scenarios and do so by using their potential combined with the best psychological and existential tools.
I am an university graduate and have graduated from various academies and institutions. My educational focus has always been the specific aspects of human psychology, mentoring, coaching, counseling and therapy.
In this context, I have worked as a course creator, instructors-instructor, instructor, teacher and mentor for both private and non-private students. I have been responsible for therapeutic group sessions concerning different mental development areas. E.g., anxiety, low self worth and depression issues.
I constantly try to improve my skills and be up to date with new and powerful tools for mental transformations.
Most of the situations, tools, and other things mentioned in this book are things I have experienced both as a student and as an instructor.
But apart from my academic and practical experience in this field of work the many mistakes and bad decisions I have made in the past have, with absolutely no doubt, been the best teacher
.
CHAPTER 2. EXAMINE YOUR EXAM.
WHAT IS AN EXAM ESSENTIALLY? From a historical perspective and in a contemporary context.
What is an exam? There are a lot of suggestions. Here are some of them. A test. Examination. Examining something. Examine progress, skills, or knowledge. Synonyms can be an audition or an interrogation.
Even though it may be a new experience for you, the term is not new. It is said that the first official exams took place in ancient China.
They were called "Imperial examinations" and were conducted to find suitable candidates for government positions. The Sui dynasty established them in 605 AD.
