- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5A cookbook that highlights the food culture of the NY Finger Lakes, along with information and history of the region. I bought this with interest because I live in the eastern Finger Lakes area. I was delighted with this book but wish the photographer would have identified the subjects of the photos. I could identify several but would have liked to know where the others were. Of particular interest is the listing in the back of products mentioned in the book. I can get them locally but someone that lives in other regions would need that list so it was a welcome addition.
