Introduction
Team building is referred to as the collective term that is used to denote several types of specific activities which could be utilized for enhancing the social relations. These could also be responsible for defining the varied roles within a certain team which might often involve certain collaborative tasks. Team building is quite distinct from the general perception of team training. Team training usually gets designed by the combination that achieved through several business managers, development (external or internal) and learning along with some HR business personnel for improving the overall efficiency, irrespective of the inter-personal relations.
