About this ebook

Kate and Joe are a quiet, married couple living on the outskirts of Seattle. Joe is a transplant from Alabama, while Kate was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. The two own a modest home with an equally modest garden in their backyard. Joe, is a bit too tired, or as Kate would put it, lazy, to take care of it. They've hired a couple of gardeners in the past but their newest, Marcus, seems to to be the most dependable.

Marcus is a big, strong, powerful black man who looks more like a body builder than a gardener. But he puts in hard work and satisfies the married couple when it comes to their garden. On his most recent visit, Joe forgets to warn him of a hornets nest in the ground. Joe was supposed to get rid of it but forgot and unfortunately Marcus gets the brunt of it.

He's struck twice on the upper thigh and Kate can't help but feel extremely guilty for her lazy husband's inactions. She suggest he stay until he heals up since he lives far away and travels via public transportation. While putting on some medicine and icing his upper thigh, Kate accidentally sees the base of his manhood. She grows hot and bothered. During the night, Joe brings up his cuckold fantasy and soon, fantasies start getting fulfilled and Marcus satisfies the couple in another way...

The refrigerator door beeped and I turned to glare at my husband. He was fanning himself, basically nude except for his briefs as he stood in front of the open refrigerator. His eyes were closed and he seemed to have no care in the world.

    Close the door! I ordered.

But it’s so hot. Let me get cooled down a bit, he responded.

I sighed and shook my head. It was definitely one of the hottest summers to hit Seattle. Unfortunately for us, like many others, there was no air conditioning in our home. Even with all the windows open, there was little to no air blowing in.

You’re going to break the refrigerator. Worse yet, you’re going to spoil the food, I complained.

He rolled his eyes. The food is not going to go bad that fast.

You know, we’ve had a couple of power outages lately. If it goes out now, then that’s it, no food, I replied.

Then we can go out and buy food. In fact, that’s what we should do, go out to like a mall or something. They have air conditioning, he responded as he closed the door.

You know I’m always up for it. You’re the one who’s paranoid about people breaking in, I replied.

While we weren’t in a dangerous place by any means, we were still in a neighborhood undergoing gentrification. There were still vagrants that roamed the streets, and we had occasionally seen people wandering near our home. Our doorbell app had recorded them peeking around in our neighborhood.

Oh… Wait, isn’t the gardener coming today? He said as he looked at his watch.

Marcus? Wow, has it been a week already? I swear, time flies like crazy.

I actually felt a little bit of excitement as I thought about Marcus. We had a decently sized plot of yard, both in the back and front of our house. My husband, Joe, initially said he’d be responsible for cleaning it up, but over time, he grew lazy, barely mowing the lawn once every six months. When we started getting patches of dead grass, along with dying bushes, I made a judgment call to hire a gardener. The first couple were horrible but when we hired Marcus, things
