Birthday Gift

Lily is an overworked, tired housewife with two kids. On her birthday, her husband, Paul, gives her a note to meet him at a shady motel. She wonders what gift could possibly be waiting for her at the motel. She remembers joking about swinging with a black couple while the two were drunk and wonders if her husband has a sexy gift in mind for her.

After a quick trip to the gym, she heads to the motel and walks into the room her husband texted to her... only to find three big black men awaiting her. Lily is soon surrounded by the three big black men who inform her that they are her gift. Lily's never been with a black man before, let alone three, and she's quite surprised by her husband's surprise gift. Lily slowly rolled out of bed and slammed her hand down on her loud alarm clock.  She had never been a morning person unlike her husband, who was already in the bathroom taking a shower.  Her body ached as she got out of bed and stretched.

After a long yawn, she arched her back a bit and then made her way to the bathroom.  She walked in and smiled at her husband.  The shower was fogged up and she could only see his outline.

Good morning, he greeted.

Morning, Lily grunted back.

Happy birthday!  He shouted.

Yay, Lily replied back, with very little enthusiasm.

It was her thirty fifth birthday and she sighed at the thought.  She was halfway towards forty now and it began to dawn on her that in a few short years she’d be at the big four zero.  It wasn’t the greatest way to wake up.

You don’t sound so enthusiastic, her husband said.

Paul, how happy were you when you hit thirty five?

Her husband laughed.  He was four years older than she was.  Just one year away from hitting the forties.  He just shrugged and continued lathering his short brown hair with shampoo.

Lily began brushing her teeth and she looked at her body.  She was a mother of two boys and she had busted her ass after having her second to get in shape.  Many of her friends had grown overweight after having children but Lily came from an athletic background. 

In college she was a team captain of the women’s volleyball team and she was an avid swimmer.  At a mere five and a half feet, she was dominant in both sports, her father a huge inspiration to her.  He was a coach while she was in high school, pushing her especially hard.

When she had her first kid, she had struggled with her weight.  Her second kid pushed her over the edge, to the point where her husband even commented on her weight.  It was quite the fight but it pushed her to work her ass off.

Though, lately, her husband didn’t seem to have that lust in his eyes he used to.  Even after she had gotten fit, he seemed rather disinterested.  The other day, their once a month sex session was more boring than usual. 

She tried to be as enthusiastic as possible but he gave out early.  It seemed like they did the usual missionary position and finished with a whimper.  Lily sighed and spit into the sink.  Regardless, it was just another day, and she had to get ready for work.

Hey honey, do you think you can get out of work early today?  Paul asked.

Maybe, Kim is usually lenient, Lily replied.

Great, he said.
