Before we begin, keep in mind that every single woman is beautiful in her own way with her own personality traits and unique physical appearance.
The crucial importance here is to know who you are for real. In every single aspect, beauty is not defined by the physical appearance, but what is inside that inner beauty.
In consequence, every single person as an individual is beautiful with his or her differences. You are beautiful just like every other human being’s out there.
You are beautiful in your own way thanks to your inner beauty which is the most important feature of every human being. What you see in the mirror, most certainly does not define you and your beauty.
In addition, learning to accept yourself with all of your flaws is true beauty. As you honor every single part of yourself and as you realize that you are defined by your inner beauty, you get to work on what is outside.
Keep in mind that true beauty comes from inside. Unfortunately, women tend to judge themselves based on what is outside, judging themselves according to what they see in the mirror or according to how other people see them.
However, this is superficial beauty which does not define you in any way. Beauty is not what you see in the mirror. Beauty is not the way you look.
In fact, it has much more value than what we tend to perceive as beauty. The word itself has a greater meaning which is not defined by someone’s facial features, someone’s body shape, and someone’s fashionable fashion style.
The beauty in its pure meaning is that inner world which differs from one individual to another.
Once you realize your inner beauty, your inner passion, and strengths, you can work on your superficial beauty which is your body composition which once again will not define you, but will make you healthier.
We frequently compare one person to another examining their physical appearance. This is wrong as beauty absolutely lies in the eye of the viewer.
We most certainly are not here to judge anyone based on what is outside and to think otherwise is extremely shallow and superficial.
You will never think that one rose is more beautiful than the other one. You will never say that one apple seems prettier than the other one.
Comparing these is absurd and the same goes with comparing one individual to another as everyone’s beauty is completely unique.
The truth is that the universe is extremely diverse which makes it beautiful. It would be extremely boring if everyone looked the same.
Each individual has its own place. We are not here to judge women on their physical appearance, on their stretch marks, cellulite and body hair.
We are not here to judge someone on these superficial features which can look good on anyone who wears them with pride.
In the West, organizations and companies make thousands of dollars feeding on these common women’s insecurities, but this most undeniably does not mean we have to believe in what they state.
We have to see the beauty in everyone, every one unique and different. Unfortunately, we frequently fail due to this modern world in which everything seems based on how one looks.
For this reason, we fail to find that pure, inner beauty as we focus more on what is outside. Consequently, if you are a good person, if you have a good heart and a pure mind, there is no single person who can dispute your beauty.
This is extremely important to state before we begin as this book is not here to change the way you look.
Yes, you are here to shed those additional pounds, to get back into shape. This is superficial, and there are more important things you need to work on such as accepting yourself, accepting your inner beauty and what is inside.
Losing weight is just one physical step that shapes your mind to think better of yourself.
Hence, in addition to working on your physical appearance, you have to work on changing your mindset, you need to rewire how you think about your weight loss in order for it to serve you better in the long run.
You need to embrace a healthier fitness outlook in order to enjoy that true fitness experience in a healthy way.
