How to Build a Relationship with Your Customers
By Patrick Bunker
Marketing is a very interesting subject to study. It is quickly and constantly evolving. You no longer have to be employed by a company with a marketing budget to sell products and services. Anyone can learn the same techniques used by the professionals and implement them to sell their own product or service.
This series is aimed to teach people how to become a self taught marketing expert. This is the second book in this series. The concepts in this series are broken down into easy to understand editions. Each series has been designed to include similar supporting information. Any one book in this series will strengthen your overall marketing efforts, but when they are all put together you will see an enormous positive impact.
One thing about marketing that will never change is the relation between the marketer and the customer. The marketer must have a good understanding in regards to what life is like for their customer. They must be able to relate to the customer or communicate in a language the customer can understand.
The role of a marketer could be looked at like the leader of a club or organization. A good marketer will use their efforts to make a customer feel like they are welcome or a part of the group. The customer must have respect for you and you must have respect for them.
