About this ebook
You must be aware of the well known Murphy’s law: “if anything can go wrong, it will”. We all experience in some way or another during our lifetime how much this is true. We all feel several times that we are the victims of a conspiracy "from high above”, and just nothing turns out the way we planned. For example, the more we hurry somewhere, the more likely we will be delayed by every possible external factor. The bus that normally comes earlier, now arrives late. Where there never used to be a traffic jam, now we face one, and we could easily continue the list...
But how about runners? What Murphy's laws do they have to face?
When they want to persuade themselves to run, initial difficulties for beginners, re-beginners, and for those who want to lose weight
When they have to obtain new outfit and accessories. Shoes, outfit, shopping, sales
When they have to cope with certain internal elements. Diet and mentality
When they have to cope with external factors. The fight with various fields, other people, and dogs
When they have problems with the trainer or their training partners. Could be when they are in a training camp.
When they go for various competitions
Murphy’s difficulties of track-, cross country and mass competitions
Or when they run into each other, or in other words when they have a love life making friends on running tracks, relationships

Part 1
…from which we get to know the kind of difficulties BEGINNER OR REBEGINNER runners face? How Murphy plays tricks on them sometimes the kind of challenges Murphy faces them with to make it as hard as possible to get down as far as the sports ground or begin the diet. In this section we will also talk about how difficult it is to select the appropriate RUNNERS’ CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES at a favorable price, as Murphy never spares us from such experiences.
Laws of Beginners and Re-Beginners
The self-inspiring law of beginners
I will start training on Monday.
Extension to the self-inspiring (Monday) law of beginner runners
I will start training tomorrow.
The law of Every beginning is hard
When you finally make up your mind to take a few runners’ step,
a, you find yourself having to resolve an issue that cannot be postponed
b, a family member visits you whom you haven’t met for a thousand years
c, you face a monsoon type rain
d, anyway, it is better to relax
The law of the first steps
The first few steps after a long interruption or at the first stage of becoming a runner causes such a physical difficulty as if you tried to climb the peaks of the Mount Everest with a complete outfit of 20 to 25 kilograms.
The law of the magpie wants too much but his tail is unable to carry it
The beginner runner who will go beyond the limits already during the first training due to his/her own impetus, may easily experience the feeling of one must stop on the top
, since due to next-day’s muscle fever and pulmonary wheezes
you will conclude that this sport is indeed not for you.
The dilemma of the sleeping talent and the community 1.
If you make up your mind to do running trainings: your friends want to do some different kinds of sport.
Consequence
Due to force of gravity
you also opt for that kind of sport.
Consequence of the consequence
No doubt your friends will be more talented in that kind of sport than you.
The dilemma of the sleeping talent and the community 2.
If you are the leader among your group of friends, the whole bunch starts runner’s trainings due to your influence.
Consequence
You soon realize that all of your friends are more talented than you.
Consequence of the consequence
All of your friends who have so far felt only as in the background due to your leading personality will now take over leadership.
The law of motivation
There are people who are able to motivate themselves so much that they easily persuade themselves to try a new thing. For example: running
Statement
You have always admired and respected these people, and noted to yourself: I wish I was like them
.
The law of the self-lamenting but…
Every time you try to encourage yourself to run, you find an excuse with a list of powerful arguments starting with the word: but
-
a, BUT now I do not have the time for training
b, BUT I have not yet recovered from my illness completely
c, BUT I must take the turtle for a walk (and as we all know, turtles do not walk that fast)
d, BUT my favourite series just starts now in the telly (of course you have not seen one single episode so far, and the story is already halfway through)
The law of explanations
Every time a friend or a family member of yours –whom you already told you wanted to run regularly- asks how the trainings are, you have the most creative explanations as to why you could not yet make it to the running track.
Consequence
After a while he/she will not take your sporting ambitions seriously.
Consequence of the consequence
You will not take your sporting ambitions seriously either.
