W ith restrictions starting to ease and trails opening up, everyone is looking forward to returning to some kind of normality, and riding with their mates again. We’ve all missed the social interactions, general chit chat, and laughs that riding with our usual group of buddies offers. So why not pick up the phone or get back into that group chat and organise a ride this week? It will be exactly what your pals need as well.

If you’ve been off the bike for a while or even just avoiding the more technically demanding trails, then you may feel a bit rusty when you return. You’re going to be self-conscious about your riding anyway, so what better time to reset some of the processes that would normally be automatic, and work on your technique?
