The book changed my life! I am an Engineer by profession, I live in a nice house and I am happily married to my best friend. To the outside world, it would look like I have it all. But I have been struggling with the shame, vulnerability, perfectionism, anxiety and the feeling of 'not enough' my entire life. The book opened my eyes. It gave me a new perspective to my problems.

The book did an amazing job of helping me understand the difference between sharing vulnerability in ways that lead to connection and over-sharing in ways intended to manipulate an audience - and why that oversharing has always led to disconnection.
