    Introduction

Whenever there was pain in the human lives there was always a try to decrease it. Despite that, the human pain has always been a natural process since the beginning of the evolution. Nobody wants to have pain, and nobody wants to suffer because of pain. Pain is a normal psychological mechanism that has enabled the human beings to survive during millions of years on earth. If the pain in the human physical body decreased or vanished then the chance for the human being to survive become more, simply because the pain is one of the signs of a disease process in the human body that can be lethal.

Because of the existence of pain during the whole history of the humankinds, curative methods were always practiced if possible, to decrease the pain. Those curative methods have gradually developed to a huge knowledge which is known today as medicine.

We are born without previous knowledge and we acquire it with time, therefore the knowledge of health and wellness is indeed acquired with time. In the past, such knowledge or curative methods was acquired by experiences and by learning from ancestors. It was primitive regarding the ability to explain its results and the quality of the result. In the recent time, one can get such knowledge from different schools, high schools and universities in a faster and organized way.

Unfortunately, many people can not appreciate the value of their healthy bodies unless they become sick or enabled because they do not have the knowledge of how the human body functions normally and they do not know the factors that participate in the initiation of the diseases.

If we really understand the mechanism behind the normality in the function of our biological systems as one unit which is the human body, then we can understand the importance of many healthy habits and many healthy manners that enhance our health and only then we can follow those habits and manners with a high discipline.

Therefore, we must answer the why questions regarding the healthy habits and the healthy manners that we follow in our daily life to obtain the capability to understand the importance of such manners and habits and to proceed applying them in our daily life.

The fundamental principles of the human health are based on the cause and effect principles and that means for every imbalance or symptom in the harmony of the biological systems of the human body, there is a cause. This cause can be environmental i.e. external or genetic i.e. internal. It is more difficult to deal with the genetic factors, than the environmental factors but it is very possible to decrease the tendency that genes potentially have, to establish the diseases in the human body.

When the orthodox medicine started to evolve, and its laws begun to be established during the beginning of the twenty century and especially before that period, people in every society of the world almost did not know or were particularly familiar with the benefits of the daily healthy habits and the healthy methods on the human body. Only during the last period, people over the whole world began to realize the benefits of some habits and the hazards of other habits on the health.

Unfortunately, many books that are written today about health, give the reader only the method or the habit to improve the health but they do not explain how and why these methods and habits help people to have a better health. The mechanism of action of such methods must be revealed in detail for people and in a simple way to make them believe in practicing such healthy methods and habits.

There is always a reciprocal relationship between the healthy physical human body and the healthy human psychological condition. i.e. if the human physical body become sick then the human psychological condition will be
