Introduction
I was talking to a friend of mine about ancient rituals, which have been practiced for ages , for generations and which have now been integrated into a normal part of their daily routine and lifestyles.
She asked me if I had found any similarity in the rituals which had been practiced, in different places all over the world or possibly any differences. When I began to analyze and think of all the rituals and the practices which one did, early in the morning in many places all over the world, I was surprised to see a large number of similarities which had been passed down from generation to generation.
They were not region specific. They were also not religion specific. However they had a number of things in common, and that is why this book was going to tell you all about these practices which are followed all over the world.
Along with this you may find some controversial statements and practices given in this book, upon the reading of which you are going to say, ‘no, I never heard of this, because on the internet something else is written about drinking 8 glasses of water per day and that is what the doctor suggested and all that jazz. I really cannot believe that you are telling me to reduce my water intake... You crazy or something?
The craziness? That ain’t necessarily so. There is a particular scientific reason behind every single ritual, which was done in ancient times.

I really cannot believe that you are telling me to reduce my water intake… You crazy or something?
The craziness? That ain’t necessarily so. There is a particular scientific reason behind every single ritual, which was done in ancient times.
The Power Of Water
As they say in many ancient holy books, there is a particular time for everything. A time to eat, a time to drink, a time to pray, a time to sing, the ancients knew what had to be done and all of this was done at a specific time each day without fail.
It must have taken the large number of experiments as well as trial and error methods to see what worked best for them. Some of these behavior patterns were natural and instinctive, inborn and were remnants of the struggle for survival in a harsh atmosphere. Some of these were observed by looking at the behavior of the animals around one and then analyzing that behavior mentally, All right so the deer are at the water hole and I noticed that they are not drinking water in such large amountsthat it would be impossible for them to escape when the saber-toothed Tigers because they are so water logged and have stomachs filled up to full capacity, with lots of water. It is going to interfere with their mobility and agility. The idea seems good, it has to be taught to the rest of the people in the tribe.
So the first surprise has everything to do with lots of water. Forget about all these sites on the internet where you get advice that the doctor says you need to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water every day. You may not believe it but this is the easiest way in which you can get totally water logged.
You know and I know that water is needed to keep one's system functioning properly, flushing out kidneys and all that scientific stuff. But do you know since ancient times, people were always told not to drink water in large quantities. Your immediate reaction is, dumb idea, who thought that one up?
My first Instinct reaction was also that. That is because I knew the Ancients did not know anything about tea except in some Oriental areas like China and Japan until they spread all over the world in mediaeval times, thanks to traders dealing with these countries in Asia- also did not also know anything about coffee , so how did they manage their liquids
