Many in the world today are looking for rest because they exist without any semblance of it in their lives. They crave for the rest that comes with a peace of mind, not the kind of rest one needs after engaging in strenuous physical activity.

Their days are filled with thoughts of how to survive the next challenge in a series of challenges life just keeps throwing at them.

The challenges that rob people of 'rest' are many and varied. But you can find rest that is synonymous with tranquility in everything that pertains to you – marriage, finances, profession, family, relationships, ministry, health and most importantly in your heart through the offering of praises to God.

You can find rest in praise from situations that has caused many relationships to stall, marriages to fail, families to suffer and from the absence of peace that come with the challenges.
