    Introduction

    At some points of our lives, we all have to face unfortunate circumstances that demand strong resolve and courage. Life makes us encounter various trials, sufferings and losses, but it also complements the bad times with the good. It is when we face tough situations and difficulties that life gives us a real challenge. When we accept and understand that different seasons accompany the course of our lives, and the reasons behind them, we are better able to navigate through the ups and downs of life. Each season gives rise to a wide array of emotions and feelings. It is important to realize that difficult seasons cannot always be attributed to wrong actions, nor is punishment the outcome of wrong. Unfortunate things do not have a filter. They can happen to anyone, whether they are just or unjust in their conduct, whether they are good or they are bad.

    This book discusses four natural seasons that surface in everybody’s life. However, it’s never known when a person might encounter each season, as it varies from person to person. The idea of this book came to me some seventeen years ago. Before I ever quite understood why this book had to wait for so long. But now I understand that the Lord wanted me to wait, as I had miles ahead of me to walk in
