How I got there with the rest of this book is hard to ascertain now (although Ive actually now managed to write about this concisely at the end, now that Im writing this right now in the future now sounds a bit ridiculous, I know, and far too many nows), but what Ive put Im damn sure is true and it will be as true for anyone else. And thats why I think this book has so much value. With these writings, it should all damn well work!!

Individuals (Part A)
Qualities
EVERYONE COUNTS
One should aim to be everything; one should be with spiritual strength and flow.
Personal Qualities/Strengths, That Is, Forces
Ways of Being
(as best as they can be described in words)
We all have far more in common than you may think. All the elements of our personality are present in any particular person and man or woman—but to varying degrees. They are the way you are in thoughts, feelings, and actions. Everyone’s qualities are formed through genes or circumstance. In fact, circumstance includes genes.
The presence of the qualities has to be stated twice: as qualities that you remember being there during times past (consider through life) and how they are generally now (consider the range of the past year). Both are in the range 1 to 10 (10 being the highest) of the first trait mentioned, where there are one or the other. So we have general qualities now and given times past qualities.—the question is to what degree.
With regard to given times past qualities, one must consider significant distinct long phases where any one of them can stand out in a person more so than the norm; obviously looking at them separately, we all have differing degrees of all of these. It is the same with general qualities now. The question is how much. The degree can depend on during how much time a quality is there and to what level it has been there.
Here we go:
Talent:
Talent can be naturally abundant in varying levels within oneself or built with varying degrees of effort—but this effort is sometimes the natural state of a person’s motivation in a certain area, so maybe to that person it is hardly noticeable. You can be good at many things, one thing, or nothing (in which case you might end up with a good general knowledge, understanding, or simply a welcome sympathetic personality). To a large degree, it is motivation that leads to capability—through constant effort and interest in whichever area you are applying yourself. Inspiration can help with motivation, and this can be encountered at any of the stages through life and the power of it can vary. Also, there is the belief that you can do something and that it is the right way to go—and circumstance-wise, this book intends to make it clear for you to find the way.
Your genetic makeup alongside circumstances determine how strongly motivated you are and in what field(s). They also determine how intelligent you are and how strong you are.
Intelligence (or Clarity, Intellectual, Thinker):
Contrary to popular belief, this can vary in an individual. It is only during the day that it can fall in ability when you feel tired. Over time, you can attain more knowledge. Sometimes you may even change some of the ways in which you think. It might also be good to have a strong understanding of the mind as well as what information it contains. Also, note you might score low in an I.Q. test if you turn up intoxicated!
Knowledge and understanding are key elements of intelligence. The smarter you are, the better the control you have over nature.
Lies and mistakes are negative I.Q. Apart from white lies to help in a situation, there is positive I.Q. Fully integrated honesty will be the prosperous norm.
Clarity can give better memory for greater intelligence. And speed of thought process helps.
Higher intelligence gives higher abilities in external reality.
Genius:
There is always a limit to the amount of knowledge or the level of skills that has so far existed. So there is a border restricted by limitations and the amount of previous time spent in the past to realize the secrets of any specific areas. So we know that there is restricted knowledge (only by time), abilities, ideas, and ways of thinking (that we have built in a certain way in our time here on earth); that is the summation of our stead here so far. Now, one way of being a genius is to open your mind to the possibilities that are non-conventional. You will then see connections and possibilities that no one has realized before. (Make a note of them.) This is genius. The other way is to attain enough knowledge or skill to cross that border that moves slowly but surely in present achievement. If you have an understanding of your area, then you will have learnt pretty much everything available that anyone else has learnt on the subject, and through your understanding you will begin to create brand new or stronger information or techniques. This also is genius.
Strength:
This is both down to genetical makeup and physical or mental effort. (Also, a muscular building instruction substance might be a good idea—after all the essence of the effect of effort through weights is to instruct the muscles to build up.)
Endurance (or Hard Worker, Persistence, Stamina, Perseverance):
When times are tough and things still have to be done, you will need and build endurance levels.
Contiationality/Limited Attention Span:
Contatiation involves concentration over spans of time—going accurately with the flow. This is good for continuing periods of whatever work, especially work with mental effort involved.
Concentration:
Sheer focus ability.
Skill:
This is also both down to genetical makeup and physical and mental effort and practice—normally a lot of practice is required.
It usually applies to physical or slick mental operations.
But if one were to upload the right brain data from another brain, you would however instantly endow the recipient with skills from, say, top sports professionals—the kings of each sport give you instant ability in every practiced sport (improving physical motion, reactions, and coordination).
Common Sense:
Well, that’s common sense. Note though that this is generally a shallow and quick evaluation of a situation, which means common sense does not always imply the most sense. But someone with a lot of common sense has the ability to relate fairly well to most situations. Note though that common sense is not always true sense.
Sensible:
Careful in doing appropriate actions for health and benevolence.
Leader/Follower or Bicameral, Obedient (or Own Authority)
(both can be good): A leader understands well and uses his/her own mind. A follower does not do this so much (good for serving in forces where instructions have to be obeyed).
Good Individualism/Conformism:
Individualism as opposed to simple conformism is a sign of independent thinking but is only valuable if the person has good intelligence. A people player may conform most of the time.
Team Worker:
The ability to work well with other people.
Heroic:
Greater than the norm, in people’s favour.
Humour (or Wit, Funniness):
There’s nothing like a good laugh. Some things and ironies are just comical. It is a worthy trait of the average person and always of potential value. Humour is evolved through the tendency to have interest in the world and humour is an interest. It just happens that things can be funny when they go wrong or come across as amusing. It’s an extra interest. It is also the ability to see the light side of things even when you feel like all hope is lost. And I’m not trying to be funny ☺.
Rational Feelings:
How you feel about something is more in relation to yourself and your own experiences than what you think about something. Feelings are like your own personal quick guide to decision-making.
Heart (or Heartful):
Strong feelings indicate having a big heart.
Soul:
Strong feelings unique to you indicate having soul or just having heart. Effort gives soul.
Act and Be ‘Cool’/’Uncool’:
If you’re a cool person, you feel great in most situations. Being cool goes hand in hand with acting cool, although the two can be mutually exclusive. The best thing is to act and be cool.
Act ‘Cool’/’Uncool’:
Can act cool but not be totally cool.
Be ‘Cool’/’Uncool’:
You are cool but don’t act cool!
Uniqueness:
You have qualities in your persona that make you different.
Creativeness (or Imaginative):
An important element of creating possibilities for solving problems or tasks.
Constructive:
You can bring in the relevant forward movement of ideas or actions.
Sensualist/Contained (or Receptiveness, Perceptiveness):
Into/not into perceptions. Receptiveness can also mean into concepts.
Any Sense Deprivation (Including Colour Blindness):
To be mentioned.
Any Physical Handicap:
To be mentioned.
Awareness/Non-awareness (or Alertness):
Being ‘in the game’ properly. Going with the flow well.
Controlfulness/No Control (or Self-Directed):
Control is important for doing jobs.
Powerful/Weak Communicative Nature (or Previously Successful):
Power along with supracity can be valuable.
Powerful/Weak Physical Nature:
Physical power is good for control of physical situations.
Vigorous/Timid (or Extreme):
How much vigour.
Toughness:
This isn’t how strong you are. This is how much you can stand and give in difficult situations. Similar to will power. In fact, it is the strength one can take.
Peace (or Very Relaxed):
Whether you feel peaceful quite often. The ability to feel good. Learning not to worry about things too much. Taking things a step at a time. Keeping things in perspective—we can be like grains of sand in the big wind!
Extravagant:
Excessive, especially with money.
Frequent Drug User (or Drinker):
To what degree (remember drugs will be legal). Mind you, it’s better to use the FOPs (which have state of mind purposes alongside many other purposes and are benevolent if used in a practical way).
Smoker:
To what degree. (Note will be redundant as a problem in the future). In fact, made totally safe in 2007/2008 by the powers that be!
Of Happiness/Sadness or Depression (or Fluoxetenic):
High or low levels of serotonin in the brain according to whether we feel fulfilled.
Physical/Non-physical:
Whether into physical activities.
Self Pain Bearer/Pleasure Seeker
(both good qualities—ask separately): Nerves may give you pleasurable or painful sensations, and these will be remembered in association with the object or process involved.
Trustworthy/Untrustworthy (or Loyalty and Reliability):
This is dependent on how much a person endears the values of another person for that person and how highly he/she might rate another’s interests through long-term companionship more than a stranger’s interests. And the complex network of who knows who is significant. Trust involves honesty and competence.
Caring/Not Caring or Superficial (or Careful):
It is very important to care. If you don’t care, you may not even be moral.
Thoughtful (as in care)/Couldn’t Care Less (or Considerate):
If you are intelligent and you care, then you are going to be profoundly thoughtful.
Thoughtful (as in cognitive process)/Simple (or Complex):
How much you think about things.
Appreciative:
Thankful for anything meaningful in one’s way.
Generosity:
Generous to others. Sharing with others.
Sympathetic (or Empathetic):
Feel for others with their problems.
Thrilled/Embarrassed:
Something great happened that you want to tell everyone about or the opposite.
Sensitive:
Sensitive to environment. Sensitivity gives more appreciation of perceptions in life.
Confident/Shy (When Dealing with People) or Confident/Uncertain
(When Dealing with Anything Else): Can depend on past competence and the whole overall sense of self-ability and belief and understanding.
Overconfidence:
Think wrongly you can be at any given time more than you are. Good self-esteem though for being active.
Horny/Serene (or Sexual):
Plays a part in adolescence and most of the rest of life.
Patient/Intolerant:
Dependent on how busy you are and whether you mind waiting around. If you have nothing else to do or you don’t mind using the waiting game as quality thinking or other doing time, then you will be more patient. It also helps for there to be good reason why you’re waiting for something. Also acceptance that some things take a lot of time and being in action in a long process.
Versatile (or Flexible):
Able to change views and self for jobs and do various aspects.
Open-Minded/Close-Minded:
Being open minded is good for development. Being close minded is good for non-questioning jobs which just require loyalty, and close mindedness allows easy surety of thought.
Confusion:
Are things ever confusing?
Anxious/Rock Steady (or Nervous):
Similar to confidence.
Paranoid/Non-worrier (or Worrier):
On a light note: Have you been getting high? ☺ But if there’s something on your mind and it involves uncertainties, then paranoia—unnecessary worry—can easily arise or necessary worry. Worry is serious thinking with an element of fear. Or one may just feel worried.
Understanding/Stubborn (or Approachable):
If you are intelligent, then you will probably be understanding. More so if you are tolerant as well.
Inductive/Non-inductive
This is a critical element in having the ability for thinking as a genius. One may develop this.
Speed of Thought and Reactions:
Important for certain careers.
Accurate/Wrong or Inaccurate (or Discernment):
This is of variable importance according to what is required in a specific job. (If included as main criteria, considering alongside speed of thought and reactions is recommended.)
Into Details or Not:
Details are often important to make something work or to be correct.
Fast Learner:
If one can pick up new skills/knowledge quickly, this is good for a company that wants its staff to be trained speedily. Generally, however, a fast learner may not learn and understand to the same degree and quality as a slower, more methodical, questioning learner.
Decisional/Indecisive (or Initially Directed):

Can you remember facts? Can you understand concepts? An I.Q. Test relates to knowledge and intelligence.
Wisdom:
You have the knowledge and understanding to a high degree with regard to everything relevant and can make the definitely most correct choice you can make in your present evolution of knowledge.
Righteousness (or Supracity):
To be effectively righteous, you must be wise. Righteousness takes yourself into account as well as others. Righteousness is a very important quality.
Knowledgeable (or Informative):
You have learnt much information (although only full truths apply). An I.Q. Test relates to intelligence and knowledge. Sub: Knowledge The knowledge that we know in our heads is a question of the mind grasping things in the necessary way in order to live. It is good to have a fairly decent grasp on all subjects, e.g. history and current affairs, but you don’t need to know everything. If you have a profession in a certain field, then you obviously need to know a lot more about that field than the average person. Two further notes are that the brain must have a limit to its capacity, which implies we are only supposed to know so much within our heads, but having said this, by making our mind cells smaller and smaller, this would be the answer to always have capacity which we certainly can’t do yet, but it could happen through the powers that be’s intervention. (This issue is certainly relevant to biological immortality since we have way more time to attain more memories and knowledge.) See Chapter 12. Further to this, there may be technology in the future that can interface with our minds to give an individual new, comprehensive knowledge—extremely fast and effortless input of knowledge to the mind—and even experience and to maybe conserve the capacity of the brain by uploading knowledge and experience and memories to a computer hard drive with backups, from our own minds (we would then come back and reimplant the information temporarily as needed), see Chapter 5. Note that understanding can even be provided as well as knowledge since a valid step-by-step program of knowledge and connections of knowledge is understanding—so understanding can be uploaded along with the knowledge. And better still, we could have a wireless communication link to the internet so that we can upload all the information from a network to our minds anywhere, any time. Also, of course, there is the traditional option to archive information manually to refer back to—the things that you do not know in your head are, of course, stored on the exterior in this manner.
Depth/Shallowness (or Profound):
Depth realization and shallowness range are both important.
Mature/Immature:
At one’s life point onwards when a decent level of competence has been reached—as a level directly comparable to the average competence of all the other people’s maturity.
Crafty (or Tactical):
You use ways that are unconventional or indirect. Also entails being clever.
Charm/Introversion (or Talkative, Extrovert):
The ability to interact with people with smooth likeable gestures and language. Entails being somewhat of an extrovert. An introvert won’t have as much charm. Charm entails having emotional intelligence as well as general intelligence.

Showmanship.
Communicator:
Communicates well.
Out and About/Home Set (both can be good):
Active outdoors or happy to stay in more.
Interactive/Non-interactive (or Cooperativeness):
Whether a person likes to work as a team.
Influential/Non-influential (or Famous):
One has values that other people want to follow or has much presence.
Truthful/Liar (or Honest, Loyal):
The habit of telling the truth or not and acting well to companions.
Punctual:
Respect for job hours or waiting fellows.
More Open/Less Secretive:
Can depend who you’re talking to, so normally it’s both. But there are general degrees. But the skill in getting the levels of openness correct in any communication is important.
Pure Thinker/Perverse or Rough:
If you are true to reality, you can be as pure as it is (less pure if you lie and less pure if you’re incompetent).
Fit/Unfit:
You do adequate exercise and eat well.
Brave/Coward (or Courage):
You may be unafraid or afraid but do not run away from a problem that has to be faced. If it does not have to be faced, then it might be safer and more sensible for you not to encounter the problem. It can mean taking up a challenge that you are not totally ready or do not feel ready to face.
Supportative/Unsupportative (or Helpful, Cooperative):
This is with reference to things or people you support. (Important: are they moral?)
Forgiveness:
The heart forgives. But only do this if the forgiven person doesn’t do the same things again.
Dangerous/Harmless (or Battler):
Either trained in fighting skills or a powerful domineering personality.
Prejudice:
Guilty until innocent outlook on others.
Racist:
Bad outlook on other races.
Sexist:
Thinks less of the opposite sex.
Patriotic:
Preference for own country.

A darker trait but unfortunately sometimes necessary as retaliation or initiation (e.g. the police catching criminals). A good

Believer/Doubter (or PMA):
Belief may be the key to opening a front door where the simple locking device is doubt. Or it may just be realism—the reality you have known so far—that at present makes you doubt, justly, a good outcome. Beliefs usually entail a whole series of questions in life that different people will give different answers to. And belief in something important and specific, like yourself for instance, is similar to confidence. Positive mental attitude opens doors.
Sub:
Metaphors: A metaphor is a word used to describe something similar. It is non-literal, for example: ‘He is a heavyweight spokesperson’. But words themselves are only accurate about something to a certain degree, and in realizing this that all words are really metaphors, you realize how much you can inter-use them to mean something directly, subtly, or even meaning two things at the same time (double talking jive). Double talk can be quite difficult to use in a constant free-flowing conversation, so you can usually expect that there is no double talk going on except by accident—no reason to be paranoid then. People often just say what they mean as light comments.
Realist/Mystical (or Analytical, Practical):
Realism is healthy for truth in an individual’s outlook and capability following these truths—fully true knowledge. Realism gives the ability to face truthful reality and understand it fully. It is important as one grows up. Mystical can mean good imagination. Best to have both qualities but knowing the difference between the two is important.
Class:
If someone says you do not have class, that is not possible once you have read and understood this book. (Class is the attributes you have through values you have learnt from others before you—for instance; of all the words that you use you probably did not invent one of them yourself.) This book not only puts you in direct conscious awareness of much that already existed but also encourages you to be a genius and create new values for yourself and others. As well as expanding many of the qualities discussed, you will also have mental stability and (strong) foundation.

Stability:
Your knowledge is the truth and therefore not susceptible to collapsing when needed most or challenged. Your character has strong good foundation.
Foundation:
You understand and know the basics and what is real. This is part of your foundation.
Capacity:
This grows with us as we grow up. A businessman in his thirties or forties will have developed strong capabilities and familiarity with regard to all his knowledge, thoughts (including communication skills), and emotions (including highs, lows, paranoia, endurance) and physical ability. The greatest that we have managed and how many times over builds our capacity (see pp. 89/90).
Reminiscence:
Likes to look back at the past. Can help learn from mistakes.
Explorative (or Outgoing):
Interested in unknown aspects.
Instinctuality/Non-instinctual:
Through evolution/actolution the right responses get embedded in one’s character as good instincts.

The best thing to be is to be an idealist who also knows reality well. You are then with standards but can also truly relate to general society.

A seeker of new or different activities, items, places, people, and information—things/lives that exist and existing things to-do (space and motion).

More of a common human trait (as opposed to soul which is more personal) but to varying degrees of noticeability. Remember that spirituality is present in everything and everyone. But good spirit can usually tend to mean your heart (and mind) being in what you’re doing, and even if you’re not the best, trying your best with healthy drive or enthusiasm. When morale is high, spirituality will noticeably shine more than when morale is low, but it is always there to some degree good or bad. Good spirit can also mean being in touch with that same spirituality in the larger world and in others. It is also safe to say that spirit lives on as long as our reality does so. Good spirit is an indication of stability and capability (more so than without spirit) and effort and energy.
Lucky:
‘Chance’ goes well for you.
Neo-Eclectic:
Yes or no. If yes, say how much you are involved in objectivist scientific philosophy and suggestions to enhance understanding and, in so doing, the enhancement of life.
Law Abiding/Criminal:
If you have been a criminal, this does not necessarily mean you were or are immoral since it could have been your circumstances and you had no choice or you could have been moral like Robin Hood! And note that whether you are a criminal or immoral are two different questions.
Remember that there is a range of all of these opposite qualities or a range of the presence of a quality—you are not just one or the other.
The order these qualities are asked in can be the same as above—or if it aids the interviewee’s concentration in the most comprehensible order.

Where any specific qualities are very important for a job, they may ask about these in greater detail, e.g. intelligence or where both answers cover it, but more detail is wanted.
Just Stay Active !
Also note that groups of these characteristics will improve if you stay active doing a few activities, putting some effort into them. Don’t necessarily try and work just on each and every characteristic or it will drive you crazy. Just get on with things, especially what you like doing.
That is, just one activity can help improve many of the qualities listed above in simultaneous fashion.

‘Natperqualism’: Natural Attribution to Personal Qualities
Although having said this, the CTS elements will also encourage us and remind us to increase our specific elements that are low which we don’t want to be low if we can and tell us which ones are those. If successful, this can only increase confidence and ability. And this also especially encourages growing up to be moral.
Personal qualities are natural and controlled, but this also can be seen as natural and a part of God.
Everything—behaviours, thoughts, chosen actions are in essence—natural. Normally, by describing a person as natural, one specifically means, say, well balanced or an average human stereotype although, in essence, everyone is essentially (at least, in part) natural.
One can personally choose to try¹ to be well balanced but with controlled preferences towards being cool, calm and controlled/collected (certainly more towards calmness or vigour but not anger), but your own preferences or natural inclinations are no less or more valid in our multi-personified and professionally varied world. Note that for a specific profession they will be looking for you to have the relevant qualities needed.

‘Contperqualism’: Controlled Attribution to Personal Qualities
If there’s an aspect you actually decide to change through your own willpower and control, i.e. changing one’s aspects of personality and behaviour, this is how it works:
Live and learn—learned ways through repetitions in life.
Basically, if you want to change aspects of your personality you need to repeat the process involved many times over, e.g. reading in a certain way—to change it you just need to read enough words differently from how you did before. Visualization may also be involved. Instant visualization of your change can help get a change going or just give a temporary change rather like a short acting spell unless done alongside repeated use of the new style of behaviour.
Extra tips:
Go further when you can, but when you feel you can’t go any more stop and come back to it when reasoning—when you come back to it, it will still be with increased ability and even more ability because of not leaving a messed up tangent at the end of your success as this would be remembered the next time. It is more efficient this way—especially with thinking. Know when you’ve got it right.
If you’re going to remember something, remember it properly, or don’t bother remembering it at that time because again this attempt will come back to you the next time you think about it in an incorrect state. For example, don’t remember when you’re in too much of a hurry unless you have to or when you can’t concentrate—continue going with the flow and come back to it.
Note that mixed genes, generation after generation all around the world, ensure common mixed traits (w.r.t. natperqualism and contperqualism) of all to varying degrees in each individual with regard to genetic influence (and circumstance in life is a factor here mainly as to where you are born and family to begin with—and all circumstances to boot).

A person’s standing is now the overall average of all of the above qualities combined as a quick guide (although it will be useful to also know them separately so as to know what he is best applied to or what to work on).

This will, however, still give a good guide to someone’s overall capabilities and qualities. Note that some qualities must be measured as a negative value attribution (e.g. disturbed). Also, for certain situations, a generally negative trait (measured as negative) may be taken as positive; for example, excessive fear is a phobia which gives a negative score, but maybe for an aeroplane test pilot, some fear is essential in order for them to react appropriately in the face of danger. Let’s refer to this as the CTS test—compatibility test to society and to what kind of job you are suited to.

adj. conformed to right; virtuous: n. inner meaning: pl. moral philosophy or ethics; behaviour.
So it’s really a question of right and wrong, but I would add that individuals and the world should be taken into account.
A certain level of morality has to be attained in order to pass. (Someone may be generally moral in most ways but have a few points of view that are anti the system—overall they would pass this time and hopefully any small idiosyncrasies that are there would fade in time. If the person however would have immoral thoughts growing within, they may at some point fail the test and have to go to the correctional facility for a few months.) If the person has views that are anti the system but on rational grounds—i.e. real faults with the system—these would be fair and not taken into account. Morality includes caring for the world’s environment. There can be an extra CTS morality test. At the end of this test, the person in question could be asked if he or she intends to be moral now to give more opportunity if the test is low and to keep more persons in contributional working stead; this, as with the other questions, will be scanned by a lie detector.
Note that it may be found that some have more morality than the system that they are in (a good prerequisite for government leaders and something to aspire for the system—on the other hand, contrary to this if one is immoral they will be restricted to jobs lower down on the ladder that require little trust and decision making and influence with regard to others). Being this much moral, they would not have slated the system but would simply understand and hope or try to make a difference to improve the bigger situation with a positive but realistic mental attitude.
The test should be first acted upon at, say, the age of 25 or before seeking first employment—whichever comes sooner. And until that time, the tests are taken as a personal track record. The morality rating is never revealed so that the person does not get the feedback in order that he/she could tweak the results. The answers must be honest and the test will be made quite foolproof. If the person is not found to be honest, the score will be very significantly reduced very much so on the aspect of dishonesty. The test cannot be taken again for another 6 months, and the previous score will also be taken into account.
In order to ensure one’s morality however or to fine-tune one’s thinking, your opinions and outlook could also be challenged in one-to-one correctional analysis and therapy—to be funded as part of the program.
If a person is immoral:
For one thing they would find it very hard to get a job even if they have all the other required qualifications—since morality is just as important. But we do not want them just stuck on welfare, so there are a couple of remedies.
‘The Alternate Prison’
Send him/her to a specially conserved region in which the system is anarchical. Weapons however would not be allowed (into the region). Reassess them yearly. One would find that either they fit in there or they realize that is worth having morality to live in a greater, more secure common good society. If they changed, then bring them back to the common good society. Otherwise just keep them in this separate system. They will have to do their own farming and provide for themselves. Perhaps the odd handout of money, goods, or food from the main society could be made. Childbirth will not be permitted in the anarchic zone. If it does happen, then the baby will be taken away to be cared for in the main society, and the mother will go to prison still in the archaic zone.
Alternatively, it might work just as well to have a three-month period of adjustment in a correctional facility every time anyone takes the test and is considered to be overly immoral.
Ostracism: make like a tree and leave! ☺

Back to the range of personal qualities.
Whether the earlier mentioned overall general characteristics of a person are found out over time naturally or are specifically tested on the person concerned they will always be:
(1) Relevant: In the world one lives in, activity is necessary and your abilities and qualities with regard to any activity are relevant (work, socializing, etc.).
(2) Measurable: As described above (at least to an approximate extent).
(3) Noticeable: The way you come across and the things you do with your time and the way that you do them.
(4) Changeable: The qualities change over the course of time (hopefully for the better) and can all be changed at will alongside some effort—some through practice and others through psychological awareness.
Sub: Change (in personality/physical attributes)
During one’s life, some change is good if necessary, for example, from lazy to very proactive or from stupid to very intelligent (which occurs in the process of growing up for pretty much everybody—most changes should take place during the growing up phase). Also, note that evolution in genes means you are to a large degree meant to be who you are although maybe not as far developed as races who have been fully conscious for not 3,000 years but, say, a million. But some change can be good. Total change is certainly not necessary since this circumvents nature’s smart evolutionary courses. This is before the advent of biological immortality however, after which change can be more important as an obligation of the individual during his long genetically still lifespan. There is no point in changing for something though (like aging we all have to face) and losing all your other good traits and abilities. Be wise.
Note also that over time all the qualities discussed may and do vary when applied to different specific situations in different fields or at different time phases (e.g. pure when discussing politics but perverse when enjoying watching violence, skillful at something but not at something else, used to be good at art earlier but not these days). It is the average of these situations that can give a standard to rate with for each quality. (You may also want to list more details about which situations for a particular quality score low and which ones score high.)
Note that a truthful CTS test will serve you and everyone else best. And if any lies with regard to the test are uncovered, then that person will be considered immoral and may be ostracized to the separate anarchical society for at least a year. The CTS test can be carried out with a questionnaire, interview, and a cross check with a non-biased third party (e.g. a school teacher or boss) who will generalize the individual’s behaviour. A CV as well as the CTS test can also be asked for a job.
Society will be driven to recognize those who deserve recognition without individuals’ biases destroying the fabric of society the way it is meant to be; although preferences can be made for personalities that get along well together—i.e. friendship-type business partnerships—but generally the CTS test (alongside qualifications which may not even be needed contrary to a normal CTS score if the CTS score is excellent) will serve the individual fairness in their pursuits of chosen careers.
Prisons in the main society are still valid as correctional facilities for those who do commit a crime in the main society (anyone with a moral CTS result).
The CTS test will need to be kept fairly up to date for everyone. It is not otherwise necessarily valid since it changes.
Businesses will share the cost (as a small percentage of their profits) for operating the mandatory CTS tests. It is also important most of all that businessmen and women in particular are moral.
Over time, we can keep records of the number of moral and immoral people and the average of everyone’s characteristics (and in separate areas, countries) for the sake of overall measurements and awareness of change. The test should stay constant in the level of difficulty for its measurement
