Miranda Linda Weisz

Miranda* was born by her Norwegian mother and Hungarian father in Leeds, England 8.8.1965. Her international background includes growing up in USA, Germany and Norway, and living and travelling in many other countries as an adult. In direct communication with Spirit since childhood, Miranda* has experienced many revelations and recollections, the most profound on 19.11.1996. A “virgin conception”, it initiated a reincarnation process resulting in her second birth, 11.11.2000. The Cosmic Christ that she embodies used four years to adjust to the 3rd dimension. Miranda* knows herself to be Maitreya, a highly enlightened Pleiadian/Venusian avatar, here to assist humanity in its purification, transformation and ascension process. Her predestined mission is to act as the unifying bridge within humanity, and the intermediary between humanity and its extra-terrestrial family. Miranda* has a special gift for using her mind and multisensory awareness in a unique way, giving her the clarity to see people and events non-judgmentally and as they truly are. Like a trapped Rapunzel in her tower, I needed to untangle what had become tangled over the centuries in order to free myself and finally take my rightful place among you, you with whom I can be whole again. With this in mind I thank my devoted friends for their wonderful presence in our monthly satsangs, the only times when I was social, and my global Facebook friends for their energetic presence whenever I felt isolated and needed to connect. I wish to give a special acknowledgement to my closest family. They have my eternal love and deepest gratitude. My loving parents fulfilled their roles as my caretakers and early role models perfectly. Paul is the best and most loyal brother I could have ever wished for; and Ingrid, Elisabeth and Michael have contributed with heartfelt enthusiasm even though they (and everyone else for that matter) didn’t know what this book was about. Preface

Before we embark upon our journey together, I will briefly introduce some of the subjects we’ll be meeting and terms which I’ll be using.

Time and cycles:

Time is not at all what it seems; it does not flow in only one direction, and the future exists simultaneously with the past. ~ Albert Einstein ~

We think of time as linear, but it is in fact 3-dimensional. It can go forwards, backwards and sideways/parallel. In pure consciousness, beyond thinking, there is no time at all because all is now.

Everything moves in cycles. Time cycles signify a 360° circular or elliptical rotation, orbit or journey in time typically of an object such as a planet or moon. Time cycles can also refer to larger rotations or orbits such as the time it takes for the Earth to make one complete revolution around the Galactic Centre of the Milky Way. The Mayan Calendar, an ancient and accurate system of keeping track of time, has a number of cycles within cycles. As you may know, this calendar is coming to the end of a long cycle in 2012.

According to Hindu cosmology, life in the universe is created and destroyed once every 4.1 to 8.2 billion years. The cycles are said to repeat like the seasons; waxing and waning within a greater time-cycle of the creation and destruction of the universe. Like summer, spring, winter and autumn, each Yuga (Age) involves stages or gradual changes which the earth and the consciousness of mankind goes through as a whole. A complete Yuga cycle from a high Golden Age of enlightenment to a Dark Age and back again is caused by the solar system’s motion around another star. The end of our current Dark Age and the beginning of a new Golden Age corresponds with the Mayan Calendar’s conclusion in 2012.

Astrology:

Geometry represents the underlying laws of the universe. Astrology is an epiphenomenon of this. Astrology has been called The Clock of Destiny. It is the ancient study of the movements of heavenly bodies and their physical, psychological and spiritual effects on people and events. We are all influenced by these cosmic energies even though we have Free Will, in the same way we are subject to certain laws, such as the Law of Gravity which holds everything in the universe in place. Not only the Sun and Moon, but all heavenly bodies, energy nodes and celestial Ley lines influence Earth and everything in it with their cosmic rays.

Astrology is essentially the purest presentation of occult (secret) truth in the world at this time, because it is the science which deals with those conditioning and governing energies and forces which play through and upon the whole field of space and all that is found within that field.a

Calculating a person’s exact given date, time and place (longitude and latitude) of birth provides that person with a unique horoscope; a chart or map of the position of the planets and stars at that person’s time of birth. The planets continue to move, of course, and any later calculation will be of the planets’ transits in relation to the natal horoscope. How important and defining a correctly calculated horoscope is can be summed up as follows: Whosoever and whatsoever is born or done at a given moment of time has the qualities of that moment of time.b

Dreams and supernatural abilities:

"A dream that is not interpreted is like a letter that has not been opened." ~ The Jewish Talmud~

In other words, every dream contains a message for us, whether we choose to receive the message or not. Many people believe that they don’t dream because they can’t remember their dreams. But we all dream every night. Even animals dream, as cat and dog owners well know. But just like any other kind of skill that we wish to develop, we need to put our attention on our dreams in order to remember them upon waking. How can you learn to play the piano if you don’t put your attention to the task and practice? The same applies for remembering our dreams.

Dreams are far more than just psychological impressions from the day or memories from our childhood working themselves out while we sleep. What happens on a physical level when we go to sleep is that our left brain activity, which is rational and logical, lessens its hold on our consciousness, and right brain activity, which is imaginative and creative, takes over. The right brain contains the fifth brain circuit which is a holistic, superconscious state. Opening the fifth brain circuit evokes the feeling of bliss and the ability to see holistically (above duality). It is also the first step to even higher brain circuits with which we can develop our supernatural abilities. In addition to the five known senses, we have them all on a higher octave. These abilities are collectively known as a 6th sense, but individually as the following:

• Clairvoyance. Clairvoyance is used to refer to the ability to gain information about an object, person, location or physical event through means other than the known human senses, a form of extra-sensory perception. Basically, it means to see clearly, without distortion.

• Clairaudience. Clairaudience is receiving messages in thought form from another frequency or realm. It is considered a form of channelling.

• Clairsentience. Clairsentience (also know as psychometry) is the ability to hold an object or touch someone and sense the energy surrounding that person, place or thing. A clairsentient (or empath) is an individual who is empathetic and senses energies.

• Clairgustant. This is the ability to taste substances without putting anything in the mouth. Or one may drink water or something with no taste in order to pick up / receive tastes from a person one is reading.

• Clairscentist. This is being able to smell fragrances, or substances that are not near by.

• Claircognizant. This is the ability to know something, without previous study or knowledge on the subject. It is a deep inner feeling of something which is simply known, with certainty.

• Clair-rêvant. This is a word I created, meaning the ability to interpret dreams clearly.

Other supernatural abilities include:

• Telepathy. Telepathy is the ability of humans and other creatures to communicate information from one mind to another, without the use of extra tools such as speech or body language etc.

• Telekinesis. Telekinesis (or psychokinesis) entails physically moving an object or changing the form of an object solely by using the power of the mind, and without physical manipulation. 

• Television. Television (or remote viewing) is the ability to gather information about a distant or unseen target using paranormal means, in particular, extra-sensory perception (ESP) or sensing with mind. The more or less unknown sending of information through viewing applies as well.

• Teleportation. Teleportation is the transfer of matter from one point to another, more or less instantaneously.

These are just a few of the miraculous abilities latent in all of us, although not fully developed in most people yet. They are perfectly natural, but are termed supernatural for the time being, until they become more commonly developed and accepted. There is one more I will mention, although as far as I know there is only one person on the entire planet (for the time being) who has this particular ability.

• Omnisynchronicity. This will be explained elsewhere.

Waking dreams:

A waking dream is when you are fully awake and an event or situation appears to convey a message especially relevant to you. An example is if you have a question on your mind, and the words of a song you suddenly hear give you the answer you were looking for. A waking dream occurs whenever you notice something deeper beneath the apparent reality and are able to interpret its meaning.

Synchromysticism:

Synchromysticism resembles waking dreams. It is an emerging field of study of coincidences, synchronicities, connections, esoterica, symbolism and possible hidden messages in all aspects of reality. Synchromysticism is based on the interrelatedness of all things. It is the ability to recognize meaningful information, personal or universal, in the seemingly mundane.

Our world is a shadow-like representation of a deeper realm of archetypes and ideas. ~ Plato ~

Tarot, Runes and I Ching:

Tarosophy encapsulates the wisdom of Tarot as a living, divine art and science; a dynamic interface between awareness and appearance, and a system to observe, tie and untie the ‘secret knots’ that bind the world.c The same definition can be applied to Runes and the I Ching.

Hyperdimensional Physics:

Hyperdimensional physics is based on geometric and mathematical foundations which involve other spatial dimensions beyond the 3rd dimensional world where they interchange to the point that they become united. Numerology and astrology are both related to hyperdimensional phenomena. Numbers and dates represent an archetypal energy and are part of a symbolic language. Hyperdimensional dates are based on sacred geometry.

The future develops in accordance with calculable numbers. ~ Confucius ~

Every number is a tone with a vibratory resonance unique onto itself and can vibrate in harmony or in discord with other numbers. ~ Miranda* ~

Quantum Physics:

All matter originates and exists only by virtue of a force… we must assume behind this force the existence of a conscious and intelligent Mind. This Mind is the matrix of all matter.

Quantum physics states that we can’t have a universe without mind entering into it. This means there can no longer be an observer, because once mind enters, the observer becomes an active participator. Scientists have come to realize that the universe is a participatory universe. To put this in simple words: Whatever we think in our minds, consciously or unconsciously, becomes a part of the collective consciousness that makes up the universe. Therefore we are all co-creating our collective reality, whether we are aware of this or not.

Due to quantum physics, scientists today know well that everything in the universe - from galaxies, stars and planets to humans, animals, plants and minerals - isn’t physical matter but energy in varying degrees of density. We are dealing with electrons, protons, neutrons and photons vibrating at different levels of frequency. Even though we can only see and hear physically within a certain range, we know there are frequency levels beyond them. For instance, dogs can hear the high pitched tone of a dog whistle even though humans can’t. Sound and light are waves of energy with different lengths and frequencies. Radio waves are examples of light with a long wavelength, low frequency and low energy, whereas high frequency light (such as X-rays or gamma-rays) has short wavelengths and high energy. The higher the frequency of light, the higher is its energy.

Invisible and visible energy/matter:

By fitting a theoretical model of the composition of the Universe to the combined set of cosmological observations, scientists have come up with the composition that the universe is made up of roughly 70% dark energy and 25% dark matter (invisible), and less than 5% is considered normal matter (visible).e

The percentage is in fact changing as the universe is continuously expanding and we are gradually seeing more and more of it. Scientists refer to invisible matter as dark matter and some forms of this matter as anti-matter. Esotericists refer to dark matter as etheric matter. As humanity evolves, the etheric and spiritual planes are gradually becoming visible to the naked eye. Many people see them as strands of matter, usually transparent, or as streams of purple or grey smoke floating in the air. Also known as Angel hair, it is comparable to ectoplasm/plasma. People’s experience with regard to etheric planes may be different. The reason for this is that some people only see the lower planes whereas others can see higher ones, depending on their state of consciousness and their affinity or resonance with the varying frequency levels of the etheric and spiritual planes.

Etheric planes:

Etheric matter consists of a number of planes and sub-planes. These sub-planes constitute a gradation of zones from dark to light, dense to subtle, material to spiritual. They have been described in many different esoteric teachings, including the system of chakras and planes in Sant Matf, within the mystical Kabbalahg, and through Madame Blavatskyh, Rudolf Steineri and Sri Aurobindoj, to name a few.

The lower Astral plane is the region of lower desires and earth-bound spirits; human entities who have died but are still unable to break free of their former material attachments. This is the plane or dimension closest to the physical one, and thereby the one with the lowest frequency. The higher Astral, Etheric and Spiritual planes exist at higher frequency levels, making them more subtle and light, both in density and brightness. In these higher planes we find non-incarnated family and friends, interplanetary beings/angels, spirit-guardians and Ascended Masters. Even though we speak of different levels of planes, we cannot actually separate them from one another into distinct layers, one above the other, since the energies from each plane flow into each other and overlap. We are dealing with many dimensions that in fact co-exist in the same space. This is difficult to illustrate, but a widely accepted version over the lower and higher planes of consciousness, ranging from matter to Spirit, is shown in the following chart.¹

The Law of Resonance:

All things which are similar and therefore connected are drawn to each other’s power. This is known as the Law of Resonance. ~ Heinrich Cornelius Agrippak ~

Scientifically, the Law of Resonance states that if an object vibrates at a certain rate of vibration, everything in its vicinity that has the same vibration as a dormant possibility will start vibrating at that same frequency. This law applies to everything, from subatomic particles to cosmic proportions. An example of this is if you start a tuning fork in one end of a room, and have a similar tuning fork somewhere else in the room, the tuning fork that you did not touch will start by itself, sparked into reaction by the first tuning fork. Many people are not aware of this law, and yet most of us have often experienced it in our lives. A typical example is a situation where we encounter a person for the first time and immediately (though usually subconsciously) feel either sympathy or antipathy towards that person as we meet, each with our own energy field or aura. This is because the other person’s vibrations either match or raise our own (sympathy), or they emit a vibration lower than ours (antipathy), resulting in the sensation of being drained of our own vital energy, especially if we were to spend long periods of time with them.

We ourselves influence the level of our frequency by our thoughts, beliefs and emotions. If we harbour negative thoughts and emotions, and particularly if we are subject to addictive behaviour such as excessive alcohol consumption or drug abuse, this will affect our physical body as well as the etheric energy bodies of our aura, and our frequency level will be very low. By the Law of Resonance, we then attract correspondingly low energies, such as negative people, circumstances or situations in our outer life. In our inner life it can manifest as nightmares or the frightening sensation of paralysis when lying in bed before or during sleep. All of this is essentially caused by fear. However, if we lead healthy and happy lives, and intentionally choose to react to people and events in our lives with a positive attitude, this will attract more of the same positive relationships and experiences in our outer and inner world. Even if we should encounter negativity in some form, we are able to withstand it because the aura surrounding our physical body acts like an impenetrable energy field or shield when it is developed and has grown strong enough.

The aura and chakras:

Since quantum physics describes everything in the universe as energy; that means that our physical bodies also are energy vibrating at different levels of frequency and consisting of varying degrees of density. The aura is an energy field surrounding the body, interacting through spiritual and psychological levels via energy centres called chakras.² The seven main chakras have their origin in the physical body, but they also exist in all the layers of the aura. The speed and vibration level of the energy is increased with each level. The human consciousness is mainly manifested on the seven levels or in the seven layers that is the aura. What we term enlightenment is when all the chakras have been seen and their energies are fully integrated and in balance.

OBE – Out-of-Body Experiences:

When we talk about out-of body experiences, it means that we leave the physical body and travel in our subtle body into the etheric planes. We can only go as far as our own consciousness has evolved, according to the Law of Resonance. So it is clear that, according to this law, the more we grow in consciousness and awareness, gradually raising our energy frequencies, the more we resonate with, and can access, the higher etheric realms, bypassing the lower, darker ones.

Cosmic beings and UFOs:

I mentioned interplanetary beings, angels and Ascended Masters as beings we can encounter on the higher astral planes. To many people this statement may be incredulous, especially since NASA and governments around the world have done their best to hide the truth of extra-terrestrial beings from the general public, so as not to cause fear or chaotic disruption of people’s religious belief systems and, quite frankly, to remain in control. Instead the whole issue became one of top secrecy, known only to certain high-ranking people who were sworn on their lives to keep silent. So none of these people talked about the many visits by E.T.s that have been taking place for years, nor of the findings of crashed UFOs that have had a major influence on our current technology. And any private citizen who observed strangely moving lights in the sky that they were certain were UFOs, or anyone with even closer encounters, such as actual abductions by extra-terrestrial beings, was met with ridicule and humiliation, usually causing them to lose their credibility, their job and having to endure suffering in their relationships with family members, friends and neighbours.

But many planets in our solar system and all over the universe are inhabited with living beings made of the same matter as humans. As humans look for life in the cosmos, they only look for life in the gross material planes. However, cosmic beings are highly evolved, and vibrating at higher frequencies; they live in other dimensions. This is why most humans cannot see them. These beings visit Earth on a regular basis in their spacecrafts (UFOs). The crafts are made of a special combination of metals, and these too are generally not visible. But when the cosmic beings want to, they can make their crafts visible, and people report sightings of UFOs. For a long time they have also been making themselves known through the intricate geometrical patterns known as crop circles or star glyphs. These are generally found in fields of corn or rapeseed, but also elsewhere such as in sand and ice. The star glyphs are found mainly on fields in Britain around sacred sites such as Stonehenge, Avebury and Glastonbury, but they appear all over the world.

Whether or not one is open to the idea of other life forms co-existing with humans in our vast universe is up to each of us to determine for ourselves, obviously. But one should ask oneself, if we have intelligent life here on earth, then why not elsewhere? Since we now know that physical matter in fact is energy, and that there is 95% of this that we can not see, it doesn’t mean that there is nothing there. It means that we are simply dealing with planes of existence that can only be discovered by raising our own energies and frequency levels to the corresponding dimensions. Only then will we be able to see.

Expansion of consciousness:

Developing the capacity to see and experience the as yet invisible planes is achieved by accelerating the energy centres or chakras in our bodies through meditation and other consciousness-expanding or spiritual practices where the focus of attention is directed inwardly. Whether or not you already engage in such practices on a regular basis, the simple act of reading this book will accelerate your development in a pace perfectly fitted for you.

It is only when causality is pushed to the limit that it is discovered that the actual context in which events takes place must extend indefinitely. In other words, everything that happens in our universe is in fact caused by everything else. Indeed the whole universe could be thought of as unfolding or expressing itself in its individual occurrences. It is within this global view that it becomes possible to accommodate synchronicities as meaningful events that emerge out of the heart of nature.l

If the above statement is true, then we can conclude that everything must be connected and interrelated with everything else in a neatly orchestrated intelligent Grand Design. It’s the equivalent of a giant puzzle with a zillion pieces that somehow all synchronistically click and fall into place, even though we only see parts of the puzzle and new ones are continuously added to it. Obviously there is still Free Will on an individual basis, in that we can go against the Grand Design if we choose to. But we may simply find ourselves back on a predetermined track after a derailment,m because evidently a great deal of what is currently happening in the world has been and is being carefully planned and coordinated by the Grand Design, or what we might simply refer to here as an unknown Intelligence.

Now imagine this: What if someone could disclose who or what this Intelligence is? What if there were a key to opening this universal secret, not only to receive a glimpse behind the magician’s curtain but actually permit us to know and understand the existential Grand Design itself? Would truth (beyond calculable logic) still be subjective and based on the eye of the beholder? Or would we have discovered a universal Truth everyone could agree upon? If so, wouldn’t that give us common ground to stand on and be the perfect answer to humanity’s prayer for world peace?

Let’s say there is someone who either by chance or a predetermined destiny holds the key to unlocking the mystery and link together enough pieces of the puzzle to disclose the unknown Intelligence. How would that someone go about revealing information as mind-blowing as this? Logically, he or she would have to explain the puzzle and the pieces in a way that would make sense to everyone and not sound fragmented, vague or incredible. It would have to be disclosed in a language that is clear and simple and that everyone can understand. The obvious question then arises: Which language is universal? No spoken language. We know that much. Then perhaps one could use mathematics or science? But that might become overly complicated and would not necessarily be grasped by everyone, even when explained in common words. No, we have to dig deeper, to something so fundamental, so ordinary and simple that it speaks for itself:

The universal language that we all exchange every day is Time. I don’t mean linear time the way most people think of it, because twelve o’clock GMT is, as we all know, not twelve o’clock in the rest of the world. I’m speaking of 3-dimensional time, space-time. In space-time there is no fixed point of reference, meaning that everything is happening everywhere simultaneously; past, present and future. In this spatial time there is no way of putting what appear to be random puzzle pieces of events together in a meaningful way. But 3-dimensional time with a fixed point of reference narrows (and slows) everything down to where we can observe each individual piece and see its place in the zillion-piece puzzle. We call this synchronicity.

Synchronicity is the key to disclosing humanity’s greatest Truth ever.

Usually, the way most people experience it, synchronicity only occurs now and then, here and there, in a disconnected kind of way. But what if one could illustrate how it weaves a continuous thread in the example of someone living his or her life in Perfect Timingn every single moment? What if this person’s life was astronomically and astrologically in perfect rhythm with cycles of time, as well as mathematically, numerologically and in every way synchronistically linked to people and events taking place all over the planet and even in the cosmos?

I invite you now to see the Grand Design the way it has taken place in my life as I have lived and still live in Perfect Timing. The time has finally come when I can share it with you. My intention is that it may serve to unravel some of humanity’s greatest mysteries, such as What is the meaning of life? and the eternal question Who am I?, as well as being the key to unifying humanity with each other and with the endlessly unfolding universe and all in it.

Introduction

There is an inspired order and rhythm to the words written here that will have beneficial, healing and uplifting effects on your physical and etheric bodies. If you are sensitive to vibrations, you will notice this. Even though interruptions from the text due to footnotes or links may make the energy feel staccato here and there, this will not affect the overall energy flow of the book.

I have chosen in most cases not to present you with the interpretation of the many dreams and astral travels I have carefully selected from my journals for this book, so that the images may enter your subconscious mind freely. Symbols can have many meanings, depending on the interpreter. Remember that a symbol one may consider negative, such as an insect like the spider, may in fact be positive when interpreted as a creative weaver of life. Another example is that a seemingly material symbol, such as a camera, may in fact be spiritual when interpreted as something with which we capture memories and life experiences. It is excellent intuitive and spiritual training to let your mind absorb the symbolic messages contained in this book, whether you manage to interpret them or not.

The contents of this book should preferably be read slowly and somewhere quiet where you won’t be disturbed, so that your system is able to digest the information. Wherever there is a reference that says More here, this is for those who wish to go deeper into that subject, but it is not necessary. However, when I’ve written See… I do encourage you to see what I’m referring to since there is additional information I’d like to add to the book. The same is valid for all links to a song or video. All links are found at www.mirandaweisz.com and are listed in the order they appear in the book. Please listen to the message I am giving you through them. They contain lyrics, imagery and especially vibrations through sound, and are as much a part of this book as the written words and images.

The overall message of this book is intended for the world’s children and young people too. However, they do not need to read the whole book. It is sufficient to talk about the message with them, perhaps show them the pictures and ask them what they see in the imagery, and in this way include them in the shift of consciousness you will be undertaking. But many of the songs and videos I have made a reference to are absolutely suitable for children and young people, so please share these with them as well. The children of today are highly evolved and understand much more than you may be aware of.³

Some people may find the references to songs or videos not to their taste or not corresponding to their age group. This may mean that they have become adults in their mind and have closed off or forgotten the inquisitive inner child that dwells in their heart. It is essential to put preconceived notions of the way things are aside and remain open-minded towards all the material within this book.

I tell you the truth, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. (Mathew 18:3)

If you feel any inner tension or resistance to the songs and videos I refer to, it is only because you are not accustomed to the energy contained in them. It is important that you receive the auditory and visual vibrations pointed to in this book (regardless of your personal taste) in order for all your chakras to be opened gradually and naturally, so please do not skip them. Also, I warmly encourage you to take extra notice of your own life, the people in it and whatever is going on around you while you are receiving the energy contained in this book, and write down anything that feels important to you. Keep a record of experiences, impressions, thoughts and visions you may have during the day or dreams you may have during night and share them with others. By doing so, you gain valuable insights into your own life which may be similar or parallel to the contents of this book and which will help you see yourself and others more clearly. This will also promote synchronicity.

The words in this book may be interpreted on a number of levels.

Some of the seemingly straightforward writings about events in my life will appear to be a mere narration to one reader and take the form of a waking dream to another, depending on the individual reader’s level of consciousness and memories of events that have taken place in that person’s own life or other associations that will surface, causing sudden illuminating realizations. These parts of the book can in fact be likened to Aesop’s fables, as they have ethical lessons encouraging you to become more conscious of your values and priorities. The same applies to the dreams and inner experiences described here, which will be merely symbolic in nature to some and give clear insights to others. Even if you do not understand the dreams and parables herein, their imagery will sow seeds in your subconsciousness, so that you may understand their meaning at a later time when they have matured. Then you will be able to enjoy their fruits.

For those of you who love connecting the dots, solving riddles and noticing patterns as much as I do, you have only to look deeply into names, dates, numbers, animals and other symbols mentioned, and do further investigation on your own. Within these pages you will find a continuous flow and an intentional design. For instance, each chapter number is designed to fit the content of the chapter in question, and the number and numerological value of each image is likewise designed to resonate with the image portrayed. And sometimes hidden messages may emerge when reading the words at the left or right end of the page vertically. As such, the book is infused with a higher Intelligence, and no part of it is randomly created.

All dreams and certain important events are dated. When there is numerological or Mayan Day energy of particular importance, it will be listed in the text or as a footnote. I have omitted to do this with every date in order to highlight the ones I see as most interesting, but feel free to calculateo any dates you wish and look up the Mayan Day energies in the appendix.

To put it simply, this book has many layers because it has been written from many levels of consciousness and I embody all of them. The deeper (and higher) you go in these layers, the more perfect and spacious your own consciousness will become, if you replace old beliefs and concepts with the new ones here that resonate with you. This will transform and greatly improve your life.

The greatest mystery in the universe is identity, because the universe is

one consciousness, one energy, and it is continuously in the state of becoming.

My parents, Brit and Jenö, met on Lake Serpentine in Hyde Park, London, in 1958. She was an au-pair from Norway, seventeen and right out of high school, he a twenty-three year old Hungarian political refugee working at Marks and Spencer’s as a stock boy and planning to become a Lutheran pastor. It was a Sunday, and they were both out on their day off, rowing rented boats on the lake with a friend each. When suddenly there was a heavy summer shower, they, like everyone else on the lake, sought shelter under a crossing bridge. It got rather crowded there, of course, and when the rain had stopped and everybody was leaving the sheltered spot, somehow the girls got entangled in some wire netting fence. Dad and his friend helped them, they got talking, and when they a little later returned the boats, the young men invited the girls for a cup of tea at the tea pavilion in the park. And, as the saying goes, the rest is history. Two weeks later they were sitting on a bench in the garden of Windsor Castle writing home to their families that they had found the person they were going to marry.

Because of my father’s studies and my mother’s young age, that event didn’t take place until the summer of 1962, though. In the meantime my father studied theology at Mansfield College, Oxford, and was ordained after completing his studies. On the 4th of July 1963 my mother gave birth to Anita Terézia, and all was bliss until Anita caught the very contagious disease gastro enteritis, an intestinal infection which – so we were told – killed around 200 children under the age of two in England every year. It caused Anita her death, at only sixteen months old. My parents were stricken with grief, and my mother suffered frequent nightmares. They immediately tried to conceive another child, and on August 8th 1965a I was born. They named me Linda Brit.

By this time my parents had moved to Roundhay Road in Leeds, where my father had been commisioned by The Lutheran World Federation to organize an English-language congregation for the many non-English people in Leeds and vicinity with Lutheran background from their home countries. On the Sunday afternoon of the day I was born, they were down the road visiting Latvian friends, watching Julie Andrews star in The Sound of Music⁵ until Mom’s contractions were so frequent that they knew it was time. She struggled home and up the stairs, and gave birth in her own bed, watching it take place via a mirror opposite her. The midwife who assisted her was a lovely young West Indian woman, and the birth went smoothly and without any complications. I’m glad that I when I came to Earth I was first touched by those warm dark hands, and practically born to the sound of music. It truly was a soft landing.

Creation

Anita left this physical world. She departed, and I took her place. Healing the sorrow in my parents’ hearts, I was welcomed with great love. But even though I was showered with love, I struggled to adjust to being in my physical body and felt confined and limited in it. When I, too, caught gastro enteritis at the age of fourteen months, I was luckily rushed to hospital at an earlier stage than Anita was. I was in hospital for a full month, and the sickness is so contagious that my parents had to wear head-to-foot clinical gowns and hospital masks on their faces when they came to visit me. They were instructed to hold me while I was given numerous shots, and my mother said it felt like a knife twisting in her heart every time they had to leave me and she saw me watch them go with despair in my big dark eyes. When it became too painful for me to be in my sick little body, I left it. I would go in and out of it all the time, especially nights when my parents weren’t there with me. (Unlike these days, visiting hours were limited to one hour each evening!) But there was never any question of me leaving Earth like Anita did. I was here on a mission.

July 23rd 1967 was another Sunday. While my father was busy conducting the Sunday Service in the Church Hall on the ground floor where we lived, my mother was in labour in their bedroom upstairs. My father held a very short sermon that day, but he chose to use the Litany instead of the usual and far shorter Prayer of the Church, because the former contains the petition that asks God to preserve all women in the perils of childbirth. After the Service was over, the parishioners remained in the hall downstairs, eager to hear how the confinement was progressing. They didn’t have to wait long before my father came to the banister and proudly called down to them: It’s a boy! Everyone cheered and clapped their hands, giving their congratulations as they left. My mother was fine, but a little light-headed after the ordeal. Instead of asking: Is it really a boy? which obviously pleased them both since they already had a daughter, she asked: "Is it a real boy?" Dad would often tease her about this.

Then it was time for me to meet my brother. My German godmother, Ursula, had been looking after me during the delivery, and now she led me into the bedroom where my parents were. Mom was lying, tired but happy, with Paul beside her on the large bed. As it was a warm July-day, the midwife had only dressed him but otherwise left him uncovered.

Come in, sweetie. Come and meet your brother, they said as I walked closer.

I took one long look at him, then I toddled out of the room. My parents were surprised. What was wrong? Was I jealous? Wouldn’t I accept my brother? But soon I was back, clutching my blanket in my arms. I went up to my brother and put it over him, saying:

Here you are, baby! And then I stroked his cheek.

My parents smiled at each other with relief. And my brother and I have been close ever since.

1n the early summer of 1968, before I turned three, my family moved from England to the United States of America. My father, an idealistic Aquarius, felt that the land of opportunity was calling us over, and when he received a call to a Lutheran church in Minnesota, he accepted. During my first flight in this lifetime, with BOAC from London to New York, I was so excited to actually be flying in the air that I was permitted by the friendly air hostesses to see the cockpit and meet the pilots. Soaring across the open blue sky was exhilarating. I absolutely loved it. And when they gave me an airplane pin and a flight logbook for keeps, I think I decided on my future profession then and there.

Upon arrival at J.F.K. airport we were held up at Customs, where the officials wanted to check through every single suitcase and bag my parents had with them. Dad was busy opening suitcases and dealing with the officials, and Mom was holding Paul. I stood beside them, but when for one moment they weren’t looking, I wandered off, fascinated with the busy energy and different people and new sights all around me. I walked over to where I could watch the planes take off and land in the distance and was completely absorbed, not at all aware of the panic and confusion I had caused my parents who couldn’t find me.

This was the first of several times in my early childhood that I would wander off on my own, each time causing a great deal of fear and commotion, whereas I myself had no idea of this and felt completely safe and protected. Another time was when we visited Leeds again when I was five. We had just arrived at the Church House, where a lot of our earlier parishioners had come to see us, and in the commotion of greetings and hugs I simply walked out of the door unnoticed. It didn’t take me many moments to reach the nearest intersecting street, and there I turned left and went down a hill into a Pakistani and Indian district. My disappearance was soon discovered, of course, and everone was greatly alarmed. The police was contacted immediately and given a description of me, and after what must surely have been some harrowing minutes for my parents as well as for everyone else, I was brought back in a police car by two friendly police officers. I was beaming and pleased with my adventure and could not understand why Mom started crying as soon as she saw me, and then hugged me so hard that I could scarcely breathe.

Back at J.F.K., I was eventually reunited with my parents and Paul, and our seven year American adventure could begin.

In Minnesota we lived for the first three and a half years in the small town Canton, close to the Iowa Stateline, and then we moved to Dennison, near Northfield. Minnesota is known as the North Star State and The Star of the North is the state motto. Here my father served two congregations, the one in Dennison where we lived, and Vang, another one a few miles away. On Sundays he would conduct the Services in both churches, one after the other. Paul and I were allowed to skip the sermon and join the other kids for Sunday school, where we were taught about Jesus and his love for everyone, especially us children, and all the wonderful things he did. When my Dad was busy working on a sermon or other church-related matters in his study and I wasn’t supposed to disturb him, I would go over his head, so to speak, and talk to my other Father, my Father in Heaven. I never prayed to Jesus even though I felt very close to him; perhaps because I already felt so close to him. He was as close as my own heartbeat. Instead I went directly to God Himself because I figured Father knows best.

I would have long conversations with God all the time, not only after a scolding in order to seek consolation, but also on happier occasions, simply because I enjoyed talking with Him. I had my favourite places for this. One was in the huge lily-of-the-valley patch along one of the sides of our house. I could lie there in the middle of their sweet fragrance and look up at the blue sky and talk with God for what seemed like hours. Or I’d walk to the church where there was a big oak tree, and I would climb up its branches and sit there very quietly. I was out of view and sheltered by branches and leaves, and I loved the feeling of protection that the tree always gave me. I never thought about the fact that none of my friends seemed to have any interest in talking with God. It was just natural for me in the same way collecting stamps was natural for another.

Another great interest of mine was reading; and from the school library I would borrow all the books I could find that were about myths and legends, fairy tales, witches and wizards. Everything about magical and divine powers fascinated me, and my favourite books were the ones written by C. S. Lewis about the otherworldly land of Narnia with its divine creator, the majestic lion, Aslan. I loved Aslan, just like the children in the books did. I loved the story of Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz as well. At home I borrowed Mom’s copy of Bulfinch’s Mythology, The Age of Fable, and I’d lie in bed and read all about Greek gods and goddesses until I fell asleep with the big book on my chest. I loved how the gods and goddesses mingled with mortals, and the way nothing was by chance, but always in accordance with fate or the will of the gods. Heroes and heroines became constellations in the stars, and this stirred deep memories inside me, memories not yet ready to be remembered.
