At a crossroad where all my dreams and everything in my life were shattered, I knew I had failed terribly in my life and bad enough that I wanted to end my life.

Suicide was on my mind, but it was not the solution to all the problems, to any life crisis, be it emotional, mental, physical, or social.

Each new day is an opportunity to fulfi l your dreams and potentials.

When we come into this world, we all look alike as babies.

Every baby is a seed. It is where life begins to unfold.

Each stage begins a new chapter and ends a previous.

Life is happy.

Life in Stage 1: Love’s bountiful.

Life in Stage 2: Life is carefree. Life is like a season. Life comes and goes.

Life in Stage 3: Half of us are satisfied. Half of us are in need. One of ten is successful.

Life in Stage 4: Life is achievement and success. Life is a battle.

Life in Stage 5: Life is greed, emotions and pain.

Life in Stage 6: Life is bliss. Faith, hope and charity are essence.

Life in Stage 7: Life is celebration.

Life in finality: Peace, happiness, tranquility and rest.

Looking back at my own life, I remember: at a crossroad, I was 43, my dreams and goals were shattered. I knew I had failed terribly and wanted to end my life. Suicide was on my mind, but it is not the solution to any life crisis, be it emotional, mental, physical, or social problems.

I have been through many failures in life. In fact, these problems recur. They need a solution and are great learning opportunities each time for self-development, self-learning, self-improvement, and self-discovery.

By taking one positive step and small steps along the way, I have restarted my life from the bottom up in 2007—rebuilt my life, reconstructed my dreams, and set new goals. I have overcome my weaknesses, failures, depression, and fears and rediscovered the priceless gems within me. I have found my own true self; my happiness mentally, physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually from within; and the reason why crises happen.
