"I remember my affliction and my wondering, the bitterness and
the gall. I well remember them, and my soul is downcast within
me. Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: Because of
the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for His compassions
never fail. They are new every morning, great is your faithfulness"
(Lamentations 3:19-23)
We have all experienced defeats and failures, as well as troubles and turmoil. You would probably be amazed to learn how many people in this society have contemplated taking their lives, and how many actually do. Death is also another experience that we endure, which is why each and every moment is precious. I have experienced the death of two of my closest friends. Their deaths were devastating to me. Although death is painful, you can get through it with God’s help. I have no doubt that someone who has read one of my books, has come to the end of his or her rope at some point and time. Does this sound like you? Do you feel like you are ready to throw in the towel and you think that no one cares?
I am here to let you know, There is hope
! Reading this book will not make your problems go away, but I can assure you that I can point you in the direction of someone who will never leave you or forsake you: His name is Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior. He is your present help in the time of sorrow.
We cry out for many many reasons. Many of these reasons are from bondages that are still attached to us from our past experiences, which may be difficult to let go. Either the result of our own failures or the failures of others, our past may hang like huge weights around our necks. If we are not careful, these weights will cause us to trudge through life and carry them everywhere we go.

26462.pngCan anyone hear me; is there anyone listening?
My cry is loud but there is no sound.
My sobs are muffled, my tears are invincible.
You see my smile, my best disguise.
I seem to be happy; I seem to be strong,
but on the inside I’m sad, weak, and confused.
Screaming from deep within, but no one can hear me.
I’m trapped within myself with only one who can free me.
Shackled to pains such as failure,
