When Crystal Moore was diagnosed with sleep apnea, doctors commented that it’s possible to avoid using the C-Pap device by losing twenty to twenty-five pounds. This motivated her to learn how to substitute the foods she was eating. Her neighbors thought she was terminally ill when she dropped thirty pounds in twenty-eight weeks. They soon discovered that her weight loss was due to changing her fat grocery list to her Shrinking Belt grocery list. Crystal shared her list with one neighbor, and they handed out copies to many others. They all asked Crystal to get her list in print so that they could buy copies for their use as well as for gifts. From a size fourteen to a size six, Crystal has managed to keep the weight off since June 2010. She did this with the help of her selected brands found in this book. She added weight-loss tips, dining-out secrets, and Crystal’s concoctions that have worked. There is no guesswork in learning how to shop your EZ way to skinny.
