About this ebook
True vision always ignores the process but worries about the destination. God never speaks to you about the Red sea, the bitter waters of Marah, or the thirty eight years of wondering, he just talks of the milk and honey.
This keeps your eyes and appetite focused on the destination. The Devil never talks to you about the destination; he only amplifies how insurmountable the process is.
We were born and designed by God to be successful in what he destined us for. Absence of vision makes us look like an experiment or a biological accident in life. The great Physicist, Mr. Albert Einstein said,
"Everyone is a genius, but if you judge a fish on its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid".
What really makes the difference in a person`s life? One would think the answer is very obvious, but if it was so, all people would be successful. In Proverbs 29:13 we read these amazing words:
The poor man and the rich man have this in common; the Lord gives sight to the eyes of both.
This kind of comparison is given twice in the book of Proverbs, first in Proverbs 22:2: "Rich and poor have this in common; the Lord is the maker of them all.

Mrs Chipo Mudere Chipo Mudere, a pastor`s wife by calling, an educator by profession and an English major by learning, takes us on a journey of exploring our hidden faculties, divinely embedded in us, for they are keys to achieving the extra ordinary. Chipo always finds encouragement in Ephraim’s (her husband’s) words: ‘I know you have been through difficult times but do not allow man to kill the vision of your life and the creativity God placed in your life. Greatness comes when you believe you are able. You have to content to get your vision. Release what is in you by stretching what is in you. A person may not be able to stop you from being what God did in your life. Focus on the grace of God that is sufficient for you to take you to your next level.’ This book will help you to see that the planet is replete with stories of many who defied human estimation of their capabilities, followed vision and left footprints in history. The truth is, every one of us is born to make a difference. It need not be anything out of this world, but something you do with the intention of doing well and giving your very best. Your vision will never be successful, until it becomes your obsession. Be a hero of what you see and own it. If you want to make progress, do not remain on the definitions of man. Live beyond the words people and soar high.

Every good piece of writing is not usually started and completed by one person. My special thanks go to sisters Irene Taurai and Angelica Nyaku who worked tirelessly on the typing of the initial manuscript.
My heartfelt thanks go to my mother, Raviro Makani Muza who never stopped praying for me. ‘Mama, in my greatest moments of distress you always encouraged me. You had great faith in what the Lord could do through me. I love you dearly.’
Dixie and Senzeni, Alex and Loice, Misheck and Grace, Daniel and Abby: you have been there for me and you teamed up to give me the support that I needed when everything about me was wrecking. I will forever cherish and treasure your love.
Dixie, I will indeed harbour your wise counsel and your unreserved mentorship. I pray that your generosity of spirit will be felt by all, especially your beloved son Samuel, who really made me feel a big Aunty.
Pastor Cleopas and Sarita Chitapa. Thank you for your unreserved love and commitment to see the best that God has imparted in me. You kept on believing and pushing me to depend on God’s sustenance.
My special thanks will always be to my husband Ephraim Mudere who never stopped loving me and kept the fire of victory burning.
Ephraim, you never stopped believing in me and you saw the true treasure that the Lord had put in me.
Through your support, in moments when I was disarrayed: you believed me and I am fully convinced that heroes never give up. In their weakest moments: they rise up to something new, to keep their dream alive.
Ephraim, I am much indebted to you and love you dearly. Thank you for keeping the same zeal in our children who believed God because of your influence. If I will have a story to tell in the world to come, that story will be based on your true love and commitment to excellence. My success has never been independent of your support and diligence.
My beloved daughter Shumi: thank you for making me feel a very responsible mother. You took care of me when I was not very strong; and you acted a very responsible mentor to your brothers Taku and Farai all the time I was away. You made me look into my life and caused me to see how badly I needed change. I changed and I am still changing. Through your generous spirit and unreserved strength, you have caused me to see the good that the Lord has endowed in you. Taku and Farai, I love you and do cherish you.
Foreword
Look and see is a book which provokes the eagle in you, to challenge you to enjoy the eagle`s view from above, for that’s where you belong. Like Abraham the author is saying get out of your tent, look to the north, the south, the east and the west—What do you see?
True vision always ignores the process but worries about the destination. God never speaks to you about the Red sea, the bitter waters of Marah, or the thirty eight years of wondering, he just talks of the milk and honey.

What really makes the difference in a person`s life? One would think the answer is very obvious, but if it was so, all people would be successful. In Proverbs 29:13 we read these amazing words:
The poor man and the rich man have this in common; the Lord gives sight to the eyes of both

This kind of comparison is given twice in the book of Proverbs, first in Proverbs 22:2: Rich and poor have this in common; the Lord is the maker of them all
.
That means that no one had a private origin, neither is anyone the descendent of aliens. We were all created by God whether poor or rich. The raw material of our making and origin is the same.
Sometimes when people become successful, their story is shrouded with fables and legends; others even enjoy the mystical perception about who they are. Yet I assure you they are just people. Everything that they are today, they became. The writer clarifies this truth for, rich or poor is what we became, but God gave each one of us one thing, SIGHT.
The ability to see is what determines others to be rich and some to be poor. No one was born poor neither is there any that was born with a silver spoon in their mouth, they all had saliva.
Greatness is derived from vision or sight. How we see life determines our destiny. Nothing needs greater correction in our lives more than how we see and interpret life. At one time Jesus prayed for someone to recover sight. The man claimed that he saw other people as trees. Jesus had to pray for him again. Jesus never prays for anyone twice, but if your vision is that much distorted, we are not going anywhere.
Vision is the ability to see the future and secure it.
