This book is dedicated to people who have been called different and believe they are different from everyone else. You will be able to understand some of the ways the spirit of God can operate in our lives. Gods presence is with his children all the time. Our Heavenly Father chases the ones he loves. As you look over your life, you will see that God has been there with you every step of the way. This is demonstrated in this book by my sharing memorable moments of my life with you. Starting from my childhood to my adult years, God raised me up to be the woman I am today.
If people look at you as being different from them, its probably because you have something they would like to have but do not possess. The devil knows who has been chosen and will stop at nothing to get you on his side.

My name is Mary Matthew. I was born in Birmingham, Alabama but grew up in Montgomery, Alabama. My parents were Ruth and Aaron Jones Senior. My mother was a nurse for twenty years before retiring. My father worked for Holloway’s candy factory and was a car salesman before he died at the age of sixty- two years in 1980 of a massive heart attack. He was a great man of God. My brother, Aaron Jones Jr. died at the age fifty- four years in 2009 also of a massive heart attack. Mother is still with us and continues to work hard in service for the Lord. Montgomery, Alabama is where I learned about the value of life. We lived on a farm where I learn how to raise chickens, hogs, milking cows and picking cotton. Our small town and the little church were nestled deep in the woods. You could hear the choir and congregation singing for miles in the clear country air. We went to church three times a week. Our family stayed in church all day on Sunday. I learned the values of a Christian life and it got me through all my trials and tribulations. I am now living in Rochester, New York. I am sixty years old, married with four children. I started a business in financial services, designed a pill cutter and started an organization called Angel Touch. Angel Touch is a system of information which tells people where food banks, tutors, furniture, and clothing can be obtained. God is restoring all we lost in our life. Philippians 4:19, But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.

INTRODUCTION

The goal of this book is to show how God works in our lives each day moment by moment. This book will show you how to stay strong in the Lord. All of these events and scenarios have revealed the realization of the power of God, and how important to recognize who God is in our life.

Ephesians 6:10, finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.

I wrote about the illness that attacked my body and about the dangers in my life. God stepped in and protected an innocent child. God's protection is and has always been generated out of his great love for us, his creation. This book will teach you how God set us apart for his glory.

Jeremiah 1:5; before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Sometimes I felt that God put me on this earth, not just for the building of my faith, but for someone to hate. The older I got, I realize that was not the case. After failing so many times in my life, I became closer and closer to God. I did not think about or do the things as most children would do because I felt different from other people.

In this book, each chapter would show a different scenario about my life and how God kept me. I fought against God will for my life. My ideas about happiness and fun, can not measure up to the joy and entertainment from God.

Isaiah 55:8, for my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord.

I realized I could not get away from God, nor did I want to live without him. I needed to mature in God.

Psalm 139: 7---8, I can never escape from your spirit! I can never get away from your presence!

8. If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I go down to the place of the dead, you are there.

When I walked away from God, he still protected me from the devil. I learned that the devil will use people and problems as weapons to tear you down. This book will show you when the devil tries to harm, kill or destroy your service to God, God will build you up. God has given each believer opportunities and gifts that fit the needs of their lives and situations. Every Christian needs to understand how a solid relationship with God works to do his will.

Chapter 1

THE GREATEST TEACHER

Illness has been both an unfortunate manifestation and a great teacher in my life. As a child, I lived with my parents, two sisters, and my brother in New York City. We lived off Lexington and twenty -Seventh Street. Our building was the only dark red building in the entire neighborhood. The steep concrete steps were perfect to sit
