Divorce changed her life and deepened her mental challenges until God revealed to her how to control the thought of life with the word of God and determination. She is a retired middle school educator and the mother of three children and grandchildren. She has dedicated her life to helping those who struggle with mental health, self-esteem and helping women determine their worth. The Hell of My Mind is her first book to bring self-awareness that we are not alone in dealing with mental health, especially from a private and Christian standpoint.
