    Preface

Society preposterously strives to optimise us but just like more funds paid for a less expensive item, this all changes because why be perfect in an imperfect universe?

The Realisation manifests itself as a classroom which will teach the basic way of Giving Hope and Taking a break from prejudices.

We have more flaws and mistakes than any apologetic human filled with compunction, but we still strive to be flawless in everything we do and will possibly never find peace because Perfection is not tangible.

My Generation wears more than their Pride and Ego, we draw attention and eyebrows so adequately that we always look surprised.

It is an honour to live amongst very revolutionary story tellers and audio book listeners, so obviously you'll deal with make-up wearers who are fashion police that constantly chase perfection and thieves that steal hearts.

Nevertheless, we're still good enough despite society's perception of us, in fact we strive to do better. We are constantly on the quest to create new Era's and words, but no matter what, we're unceasingly condemned because of misconceptions and the preeminent art of ignorance that this world has mastered in their canvases.

We're innovators that are just misunderstood.

So here I am, born in the Z Generation that gets A's and proud F's but embraces its beliefs even though society has prejudices against them, we keep our heads up and thoughts even higher up hence we're so out of reach.

Now comes a short book inspired by mental illnesses, the pages meant to be a 'panacea‘ with words that are supposed to educate because We may be put in schools and fail essential life lessons but we always surpass our own expectations. If anything the system has found a red traffic light with jam and amber smooth butter, pejoratively burning us like morning toast.

Words should make positivity and Peace more realisable.

(PS: It seems to be failing, not passing us forward)

    Societal Prejudices

The most draining duty has to be growing up in society as a pariah, unaccepted and condemned for having Rights and doing the wrong thing. We seldom misheed the impalpable neutral feelings that are subtle thoughts of our intuition, but instead we should practise the skill of comprehending such thoughts and words as they can break a fixed soul. If you seek then you will discover relinquishing as an easy way out. The fear of rejection amongst us faint-hearted people is an excuse for inaction.

We keep growing up in a society that has not, yet bothered to at least figure out what our modus operandi attempts to manifest itself as, which particularly justifies the premonitions against what we aspire to achieve. We are not the worst lot to ever exist on the earth, the best is yet to arrive.

I am neither an idealist nor a realist but perhaps not taking sides duly extends my playground of ideas shared throughout this piece and matches what you've contemplated on but was never eloquent enough to voice.

Secondly, the world needs to be exposed to all the blurry voices of the billion brilliant brains existing to ensure that we all listen, clearly.

What the world thinks of us does not make us better people, it furthermore damages us.

    Misconceptions

I seek to create a more similar understanding between people with differences. The world would be safer and contain more harmony if we actively looked to integrate and stopped comparing and understating the solemnness of mental illness.

As much as signs like Paranoia exist in many, our similar journeys have very unique pain that bribes the eyes with a fake smile.

So apparently, I cannot be diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder if I have never publicly been to war yet everyday I am in a lethal and suicidal bomb battle with my thoughts?!

    Why are we so ignorant?

Who has given society the right to judge situations that they have never undergone?

Do we really have to take mental illness lightly when we are already out casted into a dark and lonely place?

Need I remind everyone of the statistics stating that humans have become outnumbered?

Bipolar is serious, and clearly it will not take medication to make it better, people need to offer empathy and support, not just inconsiderate words of discouragement,
