Many are called but, few are chosen for a prophetic anointing: prophetic relate to a prophet or prophetess power of discernment to predict a future: anointed one in consecration {set apart} holy sacred one these are venerator worshipers they express their profound respect toward God, in hell storm these are venerator worshiper, they dont stop to cry or have a pity party venerators is highly respect of God whether it reunion, or family union, gathering of pleasure, fun, activities or weekend visits holidays gathering or special occasion, you will know the venerator they have a prophetic anointing that alert them; other word they are fully conscious of the silent sins around them. venerator have power with God; to see within the body exposing the very act of sin venerator will guard his /her anointing they will cease companying with such people which interfere with their sacred worship: venerator is peculiar, like treasure of gold their destiny is durable; everlasting, for it kingdom destiny.

Introduction

Thanks be to God the Father, and our Lord Jesus Christ, our great shepherd, who has given to us; the divine knowledge to write concerning pastors and responsibility. leader today have misrepresented the role of a pastor, {servant}. The churches of this world have become a democracy; whose foundation is built in the majority, and not the word of God.

Both men and women have their own opinion, debating who is right, the crowd becomes their focus manipulation is their sport. These are leaders in the body of the church who truth is in the superiority, and not the spirit fill soul of God, whose belly is full of deceit. These are the ones that the majority will follow down a pit, never returning to the knowledge of the truth; this strong yoke of bondage overtake them.

In the last days said the Lord men will come to you having corrupt minds, destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness from such withdraw thyself; for there are many unruly vain talkers and deceivers, especially they of the world, whose mouth must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things they ought not, for filthy lucre’s sake. rebuke them sharply that they may repent and change there ways.

(Women) yes you are called into the vineyard of the Lord almighty, it is time for you to birth out that pregnancy’ don’t have a miscarriage following the tradition of man. follow after the vision’ that is assign to you’ pastor, or preacher’ evangelist, teacher, singer, pray warrior, prophetess’ All what God said he will do, he is going to bring it to pass, so preach my sister, shout unto the Lord with a great shout. all scriptures are given by inspiration, (not of man) but by God and are profitable for doctrine, reproof, correction, for instruction of righteousness, that the man and woman of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work, shout it on the house top, make a noise about it in the bottom, that the Lord have established his gifts and talent in the male and the female, to benefit his purpose his will , to God be the glory.

A Inspire woman, with a vision purpose’ of her God ’ and husband’ woman with preeminent power’ above the science of philosophers’ that teaches women must hold their peace, her theology speaks highly against ruler’ that in denial of the woman’ or her presence in the pulpit’ she teaches that the pulpit is not sacred ’ but the spirit fill soul is’

God is not concern about the wood, or who behind the platform’ if religion were only to target women in the pulpit’ why don’t we as men and woman let the truth target all whoremonger’ thieves’ liars’’ homer sexual’ lesbian’ fornicators’ adulterer’ in the pulpit’ for religion cannot make you free, but the truth will’.

The call of women as overseer in the church, why is it so hard to accept the fact that in the last days, said the lord ‘‘I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh, man and woman, boy and girl, have a job in the vineyard of the Lord, working toward a particular job; that is to present our bodies as a living sacrifice holy and acceptable to God which is all our reasonable services,

Women have a calling in the ministry and service of God, and our Lord Jesus Christ, I thank God, for the few men that believe in the equality of the woman, lets analyze the word pastor, using three standard versions.

1st Timothy Ch; 3 v 1-2 says if a man desire the office of a bishop, he desired a good work, a bishop then must be blameless, the husband of 1 wife, vigilant, sober, of good behavior, given to hospitality, apt to teach; I underline the two noun, base upon men disapproving the right of a woman functioning as a bishop, Paul relate to the man and not the woman, yet God made the woman from the man, how can you separate what God brought out of you, it is true that Paul relate to the male, but how can you separate the woman on this behalf, she part of your flesh and bone.
