First and foremost I would like to thank my Father, Lord and Savior Jesus Christ; who has inspired me through the Holy Spirit to spread the gospel. It is only by the Lord’s grace that this book was written and all glory and honor belongs to God, Creator of all. I thank God for using my voice as an alarm to warn believers and unbelievers everywhere about the shortcoming of the modern day churches, as well as the short comings within our personal relationship with Christ, so we may perhaps make the necessary changes before Christ’s imminent return.
Now, that I have given God appreciation on behalf of this book. I admit! Knowing where to begin in thanks’ to many family, saints, pastors, and friends who have contributed to the preparation of this book inadvertently utterly baffles me. Nevertheless there are those who deserve special recognition for allowing God to use them to encourage me.
A sincere thank you goes to my best friend and husband, Matthew, whom I love dearly, his encouraging words and prayer has been comforting during the late night preparations of this book. Furthermore, a lovely husband, constantly thinking of my well being, always encourages me to allow God to use me to minister through written words and sermons. For this treasure I am forever in debt to God for the wonderful companion and our four beautiful children K’yanna, Jayden, Kaleb, and Adrian.
Since this book was written during one of the hardest times in my life, a bona fide thank you goes to my brother and sister in law, Pastor Hayden Jr. and Victoria Joseph, their love and support was greatly appreciated at this stage of my life. Most importantly I justly thank God for the constructive criticism of my brother and his feedback that he has given me during the preparation of this manuscript.
I would like to thank God for my parents Hayden Sr. and Corchiner Joseph for introducing me to the knowledge of God at an early age and the true meaning of holiness. I pray the grace and blessings of God continue to overtake them. To Tim and Stacy Hooker, my parents
, these wonderful people, entered my life a few years ago and welcomed my family into their family with open arms and for that I am truly grateful. Their words of encouragement, I yet hold dear to my heart. I love them as if they had given birth to me and I pray the Lord continues to bless them richly.
The remainder of my love and thanks goes to my dear sisters, Monnie, Shakima, and Amanda; these amazing ladies are special and cherished to my heart and I appreciated their help, hugs, and kisses. To my dear sister in the gospel, Crystal, thank for your prayers and words of comfort, truly you are a gift from God. I don’t take it for granted the Lord has placed all these wonderful people in my life. Overall, thanks go to God for placing Pastor Fannie Bowser and Bishop Norman, from Pathway Evangelistic Church of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in my life as my spiritual mother and father, in the gospel. God has used Pastor Fannie Bowser to plant a seed in my life, at an early age. It was a message given to her entitled, Don’t go to Oh NO!,
a message inspired by the Holy Ghost that has given me the spiritual incite and the motivation that I considered necessary to live a life completely sold out to Jesus.
Many thanks go to God for these wonderful people that are so near and treasured by me. There are many more deserved thanks to people that I have not mentioned, but I would like them to know they have not been forgotten and my prayers are with them continuously.
To Jesus the only begotten Son of the only true and living God, I thank you for blessing and trusting me with your word that has blessed my life and soul richly. It’s because of your undeniable existence I am
