Dear Reader
This is a selection of personal poems, prose and a few compositions from my personal journal. These are my feelings, my opinions. It is also a piece of my healing.
Healing is part of a process, whether it stems from physical need or an emotional wound. For me I have needed healing from both.
Everybody has a story to tell. We are born to make these stories, to live in them, and star as the main character. Whether we are stuck in the back or pushed to the front.
As an Author, writer, blogger or what ever one wishes to 'name' me, I want to start by saying that poetry is not like writing a novel. As when we write our characters we apply small hints of ourselves in our work. We are able to hide what we really feel, yet show it at the same time. Poetry is not like that. Poetry is a promise of unedited words that one writes to yourself, it is the truth you tell when you have spent years lying, the anger you purge, when all you do is smile.
