- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book defeated all the other materials that I have read regarding sleep and how is it important to the human body especially to adults like us. The internet is filled with myths and studies which I am not sure if there are any real scientific basis. I almost believed that adults only need a few hours of sleep. So now I have found the cause of my depreciating mind and body. I am thankful for having read this book because at least it is not to late to make myself healthy again. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Concise, informational, organized, easy to read. Although it was written more like a doctoral thesis and less like a book, it has the appeal of a short novel. I gave it only four stars due to its lack of professional references and sub par academic style.
