- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is a really good how to book. After reading Start With Why, I thought it was a really good book but didn't necessarily tell me anything that I didn't already know from watching the 16 minute video on YouTube. This book, however, is a real resource full of step by step instructions that tell you how to find your own why, or lead your team or organization through the process. I used this with my organization and a really awesome Why came out of it, totally different than anything that we had ever done before, but which encapsulates why we do what we do more succinctly and powerfully than anything we'd ever come up with before.
